Privacy Policy

Beauty Wallpaper (the "App," "we," "our," or "us") is a wallpaper and launcher application. It allows users to browse and apply wallpapers and, when selected as the device's Home or launcher application, display, organize, search for, and open installed applications. Certain versions may also offer Home-screen customization, shortcuts, folders, widgets, themes, or related personalization features.
This Privacy Policy explains what information may be processed through Beauty Wallpaper, why it is needed, when it may be shared, and what choices are available to you. Please read it before using the App.
1. Scope of This Policy
This Policy applies to information processed through Beauty Wallpaper and the third-party services integrated into it. It does not govern another application, website, wallpaper provider, or service that you open from the App. A third party's own privacy policy applies when you use its service.
The features and third-party providers available to you may vary according to the App version, device, distribution channel, and country.
2. Information Used for Launcher Functions
2.1 Installed Application Information
Launcher functionality is a core purpose of Beauty Wallpaper. When you use the App as a launcher or choose it as the default Home application, it may query and process information about applications installed on the device, including:
• Application name and icon;
• Package or application identifier;
• Launchable activity information;
• Installation or update information made available by the operating system;
• Whether an application can be displayed or opened from the launcher;
• The folders, shortcuts, order, or visibility settings you assign within Beauty Wallpaper.
This information is used to build the application drawer and Home screen, show application icons, support search, create shortcuts or folders, remember layout choices, and open an application when you select it.
Installed application information is not used by us to read the contents of other applications. Beauty Wallpaper does not obtain another application's private messages, account information, documents, browsing history, or internal data merely because that application appears in the launcher.
We do not sell the list of installed applications. We do not use that list to create an advertising profile, personalize advertisements, or share it with advertising partners for marketing. Where technically practical, application-list processing and launcher organization occur locally on the device.
2.2 QUERY_ALL_PACKAGES and Package Visibility
On Android versions that restrict package visibility, Beauty Wallpaper may request the QUERY_ALL_PACKAGES permission or use other platform-supported package-query mechanisms. Broad package visibility is required when the App is acting as a general-purpose launcher because the launcher must be able to identify and display the applications the user can launch.
The permission is used for launcher functions such as:
• Displaying installed and launchable applications;
• Searching for an application by name;
• Opening an application selected by the user;
• Creating, arranging, hiding, or removing launcher icons and shortcuts;
• Maintaining the Home screen and application drawer after applications are installed, updated, or removed.
Beauty Wallpaper limits its use of package visibility to purposes reasonably connected with launcher operation, compatibility, security, and user-requested application management. It is not used to inspect the content stored inside other applications.
Some launcher functions cannot operate correctly if the required package visibility is unavailable.
2.3 Launcher Layout and Preferences
The App may store launcher choices locally, including icon positions, folders, favorites, hidden-app settings, grid size, theme, dock configuration, recent launcher actions, and default Home-screen preferences. These settings are used to restore the launcher layout you created.
If your device provides system backup or transfer functionality, locally stored preferences may be included in a backup controlled by the operating system or device provider.
3. Information Used for Wallpaper Functions
3.1 Wallpaper Selection and Application
Beauty Wallpaper may process information about wallpapers you view, download, save, favorite, or apply. This may include a wallpaper identifier, category, download state, display dimensions, and the time of an interaction. The image itself may be cached or saved on your device so it can be previewed or set as the Home-screen or Lock-screen wallpaper.
The App may use the operating system's wallpaper service to apply a selected image. Applying a wallpaper does not give Beauty Wallpaper access to unrelated personal content on the Home or Lock screen.
3.2 Photos, Images, Files, and Storage
If Beauty Wallpaper allows you to select a personal image, save a wallpaper, or import a background, it may request access to photos, media, files, or storage. Depending on the operating-system version, access may be provided through a system photo picker, file picker, limited-media permission, or storage permission.
This access may be used to:
• Let you select an image to use as wallpaper;
• Crop, scale, preview, or apply the image you selected;
• Save a wallpaper to a location selected by you;
• Read a wallpaper file that you intentionally opened or imported.
Where the operating system supports selection of individual items, the App should access only the images or locations you authorize. We do not use the contents of your personal photos or files for advertising personalization, and we do not sell those contents.
You can deny or revoke media or storage access in device settings. Personal-image and wallpaper-saving functions may then be unavailable, while other features may continue to operate.
3.3 Wallpaper Downloads and Network Access
When online wallpapers are offered, the App uses an internet connection to request image files, thumbnails, categories, or configuration information. The hosting or content-delivery provider may receive ordinary network information such as IP address, request time, device or App version, and the wallpaper resource requested.
4. Device, Advertising, and Technical Information
Beauty Wallpaper and its integrated service providers may process limited technical information for advertising, analytics, attribution, diagnostics, fraud prevention, security, and service improvement. Depending on availability and your choices, this information may include:
• Google Advertising ID or a comparable advertising identifier;
• Firebase Installation ID, App instance ID, or another SDK-generated identifier;
• Device manufacturer, model, screen size, and display characteristics;
• Operating-system version, App version, language, time zone, and general configuration;
• IP address, connection type, carrier, and network status;
• Country, city, or general region inferred from IP address or regional settings;
• Installation source and advertising campaign attribution;
• App launches, session duration, screens viewed, buttons selected, wallpaper interactions, and feature usage;
• Advertisement requests, impressions, clicks, rewards, and conversion information;
• Crash reports, error messages, performance measurements, and diagnostic logs;
• Signals used to identify invalid advertising traffic, automated activity, abuse, or security threats.
Technical analytics are not intended to include the contents of other installed applications or personal images you select as wallpaper.
5. Approximate and Precise Location
Advertising, analytics, security, or content-delivery providers may estimate a broad location from an IP address, language, time zone, network, or device region. Approximate location may be used to provide regionally appropriate content or advertisements, measure campaigns, prevent fraud, comply with law, and operate services.
Beauty Wallpaper does not require continuous precise GPS location to provide its ordinary wallpaper or launcher functions. If a future optional feature needs precise location, the App will provide a separate explanation and request the relevant permission before using it where required by law or platform policy.
6. Purposes of Processing
Information described in this Policy may be processed to:
• Provide a functioning Home screen, application drawer, application search, shortcuts, folders, and application launching;
• Display, download, save, preview, personalize, and apply wallpapers;
• Preserve launcher layouts, favorites, wallpaper choices, and other settings;
• Deliver and measure personalized or non-personalized advertisements;
• Attribute installations and activity to advertising campaigns;
• Measure use of the App and improve design, content, compatibility, stability, and performance;
• Diagnose crashes, errors, and device-specific problems;
• Detect invalid traffic, fraud, abuse, or security incidents;
• Respond to user requests and enforce applicable terms;
• Comply with legal obligations and app-store or platform rules.
7. Advertising
Beauty Wallpaper may be supported by advertisements, including banner, interstitial, native, or rewarded formats. Advertising providers may process advertising identifiers, IP address, approximate location, device and network characteristics, App activity, and advertisement interaction data to select and deliver advertisements, control frequency, measure performance, attribute results, and prevent fraud.
Advertisements may be personalized or non-personalized depending on your location, consent, age eligibility, and device preferences. Non-personalized advertising can still rely on contextual information, approximate region, frequency limits, and security signals.
Where applicable law requires consent, the App may display a consent request before enabling personalized advertising or related storage and access. You may be able to change your choice using an in-App privacy control. Your device settings may also allow you to reset or delete the advertising identifier or limit supported advertising personalization.
Changing an advertising choice does not necessarily remove advertisements from the App.
Installed application information and the contents of personal images selected as wallpapers are not provided to advertising partners by us for advertising personalization.
8. Third-Party SDKs and Services
Beauty Wallpaper may integrate services for advertising, analytics, attribution, crash reporting, performance monitoring, consent management, content delivery, security, and fraud prevention. Depending on the version and region, providers may include Google, Firebase, Meta, Liftoff (Vungle), and Pangle.
These providers may process advertising identifiers, App or device identifiers, IP address, approximate location, device and network details, usage events, advertisement interactions, attribution records, and diagnostic information in accordance with their own policies:

Third-party providers control information they process for their own purposes and are responsible for their practices under applicable law. Integrations may change when the App is updated.
9. Sharing and Disclosure
We may disclose relevant information in the following circumstances:
• To service providers that support the functions described in this Policy;
• At your direction, such as when you choose to share or open a wallpaper through another application;
• To comply with applicable law, regulation, legal process, court order, or a valid request from a competent authority;
• To investigate fraud, abuse, security incidents, or violations and to protect users, rights, property, or safety;
• To professional advisers, auditors, insurers, or transaction participants subject to appropriate obligations;
• In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, restructuring, insolvency, or transfer of all or part of the business;
• With your consent or as otherwise disclosed when information is collected.
We do not sell personal information in exchange for money. Some laws define "sale," "sharing," or targeted advertising more broadly. Where those definitions apply, you may have the right to opt out as described below.
10. Data Retention
Launcher layouts, downloaded or cached wallpapers, favorites, settings, and other information stored locally generally remain until you remove them, clear the App's data, or uninstall Beauty Wallpaper. Images saved to shared device storage may remain after uninstallation and must be deleted separately. Operating-system backups may also retain a copy according to your device settings.
We retain information under our control only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was processed, including App operation, analytics, advertising measurement, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, and legal compliance.
Third-party providers set retention periods for information they control under their own policies. Uninstalling Beauty Wallpaper does not automatically delete information already processed and lawfully retained by those providers.
11. Your Controls and Privacy Rights
You can control the App in several ways:
• Change the default Home application in Android settings to stop using Beauty Wallpaper as the launcher;
• Remove launcher shortcuts, folders, favorites, hidden-app selections, or layout settings;
• Deny or revoke photo, media, file, or storage permissions;
• Delete downloaded wallpapers or clear the App's cache and storage;
• Manage consent choices offered within the App;
• Reset or delete the advertising identifier or adjust supported advertising preferences in device settings;
• Uninstall the App using the normal device procedure.
Depending on where you live, you may also have legal rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, withdrawal of consent, or an opt-out from qualifying targeted advertising, sale, or sharing. You may have the right to appeal a decision or complain to a data-protection authority.
To submit a request, email support@bytrabbit.com. We may request information reasonably necessary to verify and process it. We may be unable to retrieve information stored only on your device, and we may direct you to a third-party provider for information controlled solely by that provider.
12. Children's Privacy
Beauty Wallpaper is not directed to children under 13 or the higher minimum age required by local law. We do not knowingly seek personal information from a child below the applicable age without valid parental or guardian authorization.
If we learn that a child's information was processed contrary to applicable law, we will take reasonable steps to delete it. A parent or guardian who believes a child has provided personal information may contact support@bytrabbit.com.
13. International Processing
Service providers may operate in countries other than the country where you live. Technical, advertising, usage, or diagnostic information may therefore be transferred internationally. When required, the responsible party will use an applicable transfer mechanism or safeguard, such as contractual protections, in accordance with data-protection law.
14. Security
We use reasonable technical, administrative, and organizational measures intended to reduce the risk of unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, misuse, or loss. Measures may include access limitations, secure transmission where appropriate, software maintenance, and monitoring for abuse.
No application, electronic storage system, or internet transmission is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security. You should protect access to your device, especially if launcher shortcuts or personal wallpapers could reveal sensitive information.
15. Prominent Permission Disclosures
INSTALLED APPLICATIONS / QUERY_ALL_PACKAGES
Why it is needed: Beauty Wallpaper is a launcher. It needs to identify launchable applications so it can display their icons, provide application search and organization, and open the application you select.
How it is handled: Installed application information is used for launcher functionality and is processed locally where practical. It is not used to read other applications' contents, personalize advertising, or build an advertising profile.
What happens without it: The application drawer, Home-screen icons, application search, shortcuts, and launching functions may be incomplete or unavailable.
PHOTOS, MEDIA, FILES, OR STORAGE
Why it may be needed: To import an image chosen by you, save a wallpaper, or access a wallpaper file you intentionally select.
How it is handled: Access is limited to wallpaper-related actions and the content or locations you authorize, where supported by the operating system. Personal-image contents are not used for advertising personalization.
What happens without it: You may be unable to import a personal image or save wallpapers, while online browsing and launcher functions may continue to work.
WALLPAPER SERVICE
Why it is used: To preview or apply an image as the device's Home-screen or Lock-screen wallpaper.
How it is handled: The selected image and wallpaper-setting request are provided to the operating system for the action you initiate.
Before requesting a sensitive permission, Beauty Wallpaper may display an in-App notice that identifies the permission, explains its immediate purpose, and describes how related information is used, where required by platform policy.
16. Default Launcher and Uninstallation
Choosing Beauty Wallpaper as the default Home application changes which launcher appears when you press the Home control. You may stop using it as the launcher at any time by selecting the system launcher or another Home application in device settings.
You may uninstall Beauty Wallpaper through the normal device procedure. Uninstallation generally removes the App's private local data, but wallpapers saved to shared storage, operating-system backups, and information retained by third-party providers may remain until separately deleted or the applicable retention period expires.
17. Intellectual Property and User Content
Beauty Wallpaper, its software, branding, and original materials are owned by the publisher or applicable licensors. Wallpapers and other materials supplied by third parties remain subject to their respective rights and terms.
You retain any rights you hold in personal images you import. You are responsible for ensuring that you have permission to use, save, modify, or share an image. If you believe material available through the App infringes copyright or another intellectual-property right, contact support@bytrabbit.com with sufficient information to review the concern.
18. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Policy to reflect changes in features, providers, laws, platform requirements, or data practices. The current version will be made available through the App or its privacy-policy page, and the effective date will be updated. Where law requires additional notice or consent, we will provide it in the required manner.
