# Terms of Use (EULA) — BeautyMath

**Effective date:** August 15, 2026 

**App:** BeautyMath (The Beauty of Mathematics)

These Terms govern your use of BeautyMath on iOS. By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

## License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use BeautyMath on devices you own or control, subject to the Apple App Store terms that apply to your download.

## The service

BeautyMath provides interactive mathematical visualizations and related features (gallery, laboratory, capture/export). Features may change over time.

## Purchases

- **Beauty+** is an auto-renewing subscription that unlocks paid galleries (Chaos, Fourier, Calculus) while active.

- **Export Pack** is a consumable that adds shared GIF/MP4 export credits. Used credits are not restored by “Restore purchases.”

- PNG still exports remain free under the current product rules.

- Prices are shown in the store UI and charged by Apple to your Apple ID. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled under App Store rules (typically at least 24 hours before period end).

- Canceling stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the paid period.

## Acceptable use

You may not reverse engineer the app except where allowed by law, abuse the App Store payment systems, or use the app in a way that harms other users or the service.

## Intellectual property

The app, branding, and included content are owned by the publisher or its licensors. Math concepts themselves are not claimed as proprietary.

## Disclaimer

The app is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. Visualizations are for inspiration and learning; they are not professional advice.

## Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the publisher is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

## Apple App Store

Purchases and refunds are subject to Apple App Store policies. Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies where required.

## Termination

We may stop offering the app or suspend access for misuse. You may stop using the app at any time and cancel subscriptions in iOS Settings.

## Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

Use the support contact on the App Store listing for the account that publishes BeautyMath.

## Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the publisher’s principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protections in your country apply.
