No Show/Cancellation Policy
We respectfully require at least 48-24 hours notice if you would like to cancel or rearrange your appointment. This is so we have time to offer the appointment to our cancellation list and/or new clients. Less than 48hrs notice will result in 50% payment charge and less than 24hrs notice or failure to show up will result in full payment charge, as a small business we cannot afford to miss out.
Behaviour Policy
If it takes longer than the allocated time to groom your dog due to behaviours you will be charged a minimum of ยฃ5 per every extra 15 minutes. We reserve the right to refuse or cease grooming if the dog is/becomes aggressive or if we believe they are a danger/risk to themselves and/or staff.
Matting Policy
If your dog is matted we will have no choice but to shave them down. We will always discuss this with you prior to doing so. If you can't get a metal comb through to the root of the coat then we can't get our longer blades through. Matting charges start at a minimum of ยฃ5 and go up depending on severity, this will be added on top of the groom price. This is due to the detrimental effects on our equipment and also extra time needed.
Please keep on top of brushing your dogs coat to avoid shave downs. We will not dematt for any time over 15mins as it is cruel.

Flea Policy
All dogs should be up to date with flea/worm treatment, however we do understand fleas happen! Please do not bring your dog for grooming at any salon/home if you know they have fleas. This could be very detrimental to a business and put the other clients dogs at risk. If your dog is found to have fleas upon arrival, you will be asked to leave/pick them up immediately and charged for the appointment. If fleas are noticed mid groom, we will complete the groom however you will be charged a minimum of ยฃ10 on top of the groom price. This is for the extra 'flea bomb' needed to treat the salon and the extra cleaning/time needed to sanitise the shop to avoid a breakout.
