Welcome, Visitor!
This is my homepage for sharing information with colleagues and friends. I am a theoretical biologist in Hungary. My fields of research include
the dynamics of species extinctions,
habitat fragmentation and invasions,
self-organized patterns in ecological systems, and
the evolution and ecology of clonal organisms.
I am also interested in various boundaries between sciences, arts, and humanities. For example, I wrote an essay about plant architecture for the 11th International Architecture Exhibition in Venice. My favorite hobbies are playing in an impro theater, and writing short stories.
