Since we do work with custom orders there are NO REFUNDS OR RETURNS. Unless there is a terrible mistake on our part in which case, we will request the tumbler be returned for inspection and either fix it or replace it.

Deposit of at least 50% is due once design has been approved by you and before the final coat of epoxy is added. PayPal and credit card payments through Square are accepted. 6% PA sales tax and shipping (if necessary) to be added to the total cost.

Due to the nature of handmade items, small imperfections may occur. Because our workspace in not a sterile environment, a stray piece of glitter may make its onto your cup. We do everything we can, but sometimes this is unavoidable.
