Week 1 

Orientation and Team Formation

The program's objectives, schedule, and expectations were discussed during an orientation session, providing a foundation for team formation and understanding of goals and collaboration. 

Week 2

Idea Generation 

During the second week of my project development, I focused on identifying and evaluating potential project ideas to ensure they align with the SDG goals. 

Week 3

Project Idea Selection 

We concentrated on completing the project concept during the third week. We evaluated a number of possible ideas before deciding on an Eco-Wise Smart Solution Kiosk that encourages recycling and waste management of plastic. 

Week 4

Planning and Task Division

I met with my partners during the third week of the project to discuss delegating work on the proposal and prototype creation.

Week 5 

Information Gathering for System and Team Meeting

In order to gather system requirements, we carried out extensive study, concentrating on essential aspects including automated plastic sorting, an intuitive user interface, and an incentive-based reward system. To assign roles, discuss the project's scope, and coordinate timeframes, a team meeting was arranged. 

Week 6 

Proposal Development 

This week, we worked together to create a project proposal. Everyone contributed to writing the proposal's many sections, which covered our goals, plans, and expected results. We also discussed the technology and strategies we planned to use, as well as how we would overcome challenges. By the end of the week, we had a comprehensive plan in place to guide our activities.

 Week 7 

Material Procurement and Budgeting

We created a thorough inventory of all the supplies we would need for the project this week. To stay inside our budget, we looked into affordable solutions and ranked the most crucial goods.
