With Circle Members

Your location and battery level are visible only to people in Circles you have personally joined.

We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or to protect the safety of our users or the public.

5. Location Data — Special Notice

Location is only shared with Circle Members you have explicitly authorized

You can pause location sharing at any time within the App

You can permanently delete your location history from Account Settings

Background location is used solely to keep your Circle updated — never for advertising or profiling

iOS Permission Notice

We request "Always On" location permission to provide continuous updates to your Circle. You may change this permission at any time in Settings → Privacy & Security → Location Services → Beacon Circle.

The App is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

For family use cases involving minors aged 13–17, parental consent is required and the parent/guardian is responsible for the minor's account.
