Biography

Lety ElNaggar is a saxophonist, clarinetist, and composer based in New York City whose musical interests span jazz, classical, Arabic, and Colombian traditions. Raised by a Mexican mother and Egyptian father, she writes and performs compositions inspired by music of the greater Arab world, performing on soprano sax and nay (reed flute) with her group Green Stop Start.
