By using Useful Media Team products, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our apps. If you are using our products on behalf of an organization (such as your employer), you agree to these Terms on behalf of that organization and represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms. In that case, "you" and "your" refer to that organization.
Subscribed users have unlimited access to the app's services.
Unsubscribed users can use these services with a limited daily quota.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period, and the renewal cost will be identified before the charge is made.
Subscriptions may be managed by the user, and auto-renewal can be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings after purchase.
Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription, where applicable.
Certain premium service is subject to subscriptions fees that automatically renew (“Subscription”). Premium features are available subject to a weekly, monthly or yearly Subscriptions or otherwise a onetime payment. Subscription is automatically renewed unless you terminate or cancel the Subscription. The Subscription payment is processed through Apple Pay or Google Pay and subject to the applicable terms and conditions: Google Pay’s Terms of Service are available here; Apple Pay’s Terms and Conditions are available here. You may cancel your subscription plan anytime through Apple Pay or Google Pay, as applicable to you. Should you choose to cancel your Subscription, your access to the paid features will continue through the end of your billing period, as applicable, and expire thereafter, and you may be downgraded to the free Services. To the extent permitted by applicable law, any fees paid for your purchase of a subscription plan are non-refundable, and we do not provide refunds for any partial subscriptions. We may offer a free trial for premium features (“Free Trial”) as shall be determined by us in our sole discretion. The Free Trial starts when you register to the Free Trial and is for a limited period of time with an auto renew unless you cancel at least 24-hours before the end of the trial period. The terms of the autorenewal and cancellation procedure will be disclosed prior to making the purchase and are subject to Google or Apple terms. When you sign up for a Free Trial, you agree that we may automatically begin charging you for the Services on the first day following the end of the Free Trial on a recurring periodic basis in accordance with the subscription period you have selected when you sign up for a Free Trial. We will notify you via your email address that your Free Trial period is about to expire before the end of the Free Trial. IF YOU DO NOT WANT THIS CHARGE, YOU MUST CANCEL THE SUBSCRIPTION BEFORE THE END OF THE FREE TRIAL. We reserve the right to limit your ability to take advantage of multiple trials. We reserve the right, at our own discretion, to change any features or functionalities of the Subscription. Changes to the Subscription can be based on various factors, e.g., improving, managing the Services, complying with requirements or legal or technical requirements. Where such changes negatively affect an existing Subscription in more than a limited way, you will be informed and may terminate the Subscription. You are solely responsible for obtaining the equipment and telecommunication services necessary to access the Services, and all fees associated therewith (such as computing devices and Internet service provider and airtime charges).
You agree not to do, or attempt to do, any of the following:
Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any Useful Media Team system or network or breach any security or authentication measures.
Access, tamper with, or use non-public areas of Useful Media Team, Useful Media Team's computer systems, or the technical delivery systems of Useful Media Team's service providers.
Decipher, decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer any software used to provide Useful Media Team services.
Interfere with, or attempt to interfere with, the access of any user, host, or network, including by transmitting viruses, overloading, flooding, spamming, or mail-bombing Useful Media Team.
Access or search Useful Media Team or download any intellectual property from Useful Media Team through the use of any engine, software, tool, agent, device, or mechanism (including spiders, robots, crawlers, data mining tools, or similar technologies) other than our publicly supported interfaces.
Plant malware or use Useful Media Team to distribute malware.
Send unsolicited communications, promotions, advertisements, or spam.
Send altered, deceptive, or false source-identifying information, including through spoofing or phishing.
Post or transmit anything fraudulent, misleading, or that infringes upon the rights of others.
Impersonate or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
Violate the privacy of others.
Violate any applicable law or regulation.
Encourage or enable any other individual to engage in any of the prohibited activities listed above.
Although we are not obligated to monitor access to or use of Useful Media Team, your content, or the intellectual property of other Useful Media Team users, we reserve the right to do so for the purpose of operating our services, ensuring compliance with these Terms, or complying with applicable laws and legal requirements.
We also reserve the right, but are not obligated, to remove or disable access to any content at any time and without prior notice if, in our sole discretion, we determine that such content is objectionable or violates these Terms.
We have the right to investigate violations of these Terms or conduct that affects Useful Media Team. We may also cooperate with law enforcement authorities in investigating or prosecuting users who violate applicable laws.
We respect copyright law and expect our users to do the same. It is our policy to terminate accounts that repeatedly infringe, or are reasonably believed to repeatedly infringe, the rights of copyright holders.
These additional terms apply to the use of AI-generated image features within our app. By using these features, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
You are solely responsible for the prompts you submit and the content generated through our AI features. You agree not to use prompts or generate content that:
Infringes upon the intellectual property rights (including copyright, trademark, publicity, or other proprietary rights) of any third party.
Replicates or recreates characters, logos, artwork, or artistic styles in a manner that constitutes copyright infringement or unauthorized derivative works.
Imitates or recreates the likeness of any public figure, brand, or media property without appropriate authorization.
Attempts to circumvent restrictions related to copyrighted or trademark-protected material.
The image generation functionality is powered by third-party AI APIs. We do not develop, own, or control the underlying AI models. All generated outputs are produced through automated processes governed by those third-party providers.
This app, its developers, and associated entities are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to any company, artist, intellectual property owner, or brand referenced through artistic themes or descriptive naming conventions (such as "anime style" or "pirate fantasy").
You retain ownership of your original prompts. However, the app and/or the AI API provider may retain anonymized prompts or generated outputs for quality improvement, safety monitoring, and service enhancement.
Unless otherwise expressly permitted, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use AI-generated images for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
You may not use generated images or prompts:
For commercial redistribution without obtaining all necessary rights.
To impersonate, defame, harass, or mislead others.
To train or improve other artificial intelligence models or datasets.
In any manner that violates applicable laws or platform policies, including Apple App Store or Google Play policies.
To bypass geographical, technical, or legal restrictions.
We disclaim all responsibility for any legal consequences arising from your use of AI-generated content. We do not review or moderate generated outputs before they are displayed. You agree that we are not liable for any third-party claims, including claims of copyright, trademark, publicity, or other intellectual property infringement arising from your prompts or generated content.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to AI-generation features if we detect or receive reports of violations of these Terms.
If you believe that any generated image or prompt infringes upon your rights, please contact us using the information provided below.
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect legal, technical, operational, or business changes. Your continued use of the AI-generation features after such updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
