By placing an order with Blue Diamond Embroidery & Prints (“we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to the following terms.

Custom Orders

All embroidery and DTF print orders are custom-made.

Because of this, all sales are final once production begins.

Artwork Approval

Customers are responsible for:

• Reviewing and approving artwork

• Confirming spelling, colors, and design details

We are not responsible for errors approved by the customer.

Turnaround Times

Turnaround times vary based on:

• Order size

• Design complexity

• Material availability

We do our best to meet estimated timelines, but delays may occur.

Shipping

If shipping is required:

• We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers

• We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages once shipped

Pricing

Prices may change based on:

• Garment type

• Stitch count

• Print size

• Quantity

You will always receive a quote before production begins.

Use of Customer Artwork

By submitting artwork, you confirm that:

• You own the rights to the design

• You have permission to use it

• It does not infringe on trademarks or copyrights

We are not responsible for legal issues arising from customer‑submitted artwork.
