Our mission is to be a light, raise awareness and funding for CHD, and provide comfort and courage in giving back to heart families and our community through emotional, financial, and practical needs.

Its heart month, and we are exited to announce our first fundraiser of 2025. We have big plans in the works, and cant wait to share our upcoming efforts to give back and support inpatient heart families in their time of need and help fund critical research at C.S. Mott childrens hospital.
~ One way you could help join our mission is by supporting the foundation in our fundraising efforts. We are selling raffle tickets for $100.00 each to be put in a drawing for a chance to win $10,000.. A total of 300 tickets will be sold during heart month (February). The winning ticket will be pulled and announced on Friday February 28th. The winner will be notified immediately!
If you would like to purchase a ticket you can email b.connollyfoundation@gmail.com or reach out on social media to secure a ticket number for the raffle on Feb. 28th.
