How To Vote

I believe democracy works best when as many people vote as possible. And with so many changes in the last year, I want to help spread the word about how, when, and where you can vote.

In Person

You can vote in-person on Tuesday, April 6, from 7 am to 8 pm. As usual, voting will be held at the following three locations, based on your address.

If you're not sure what precinct you're in, you can find out where to vote at WhereDoIVoteMA.com.

By Mail

Unlike last year, there will not be an "early voting-by-mail" option. However, you can vote absentee if you:

  • Will be out of town on Election Day

  • Have a disability that prevents you from voting in-person

  • Have a religious belief that prevents you from voting in-person on Election Day

This year, according to special legislation, taking precautions to prevent the spread of COVID-19 qualifies you to request an absentee ballot.

You can request an absentee ballot by filling out this application, signing it, and returning it to Town Hall.

  • By Mail: 52 Main Street, Room 12, Milford, MA 01757

  • By Drop Off: Dropoff boxes are available outside either of Town Hall's two entrances

  • By Email: Scanned or photographed copies of the completed and signed form can be sent to TownClerksOffice@townofmilford.com

  • By Fax: (508) 634-2324
