Summer Work

Congratulations on completing the school year! We hope you have a relaxing and enriching summer, generally occupying yourselves with non-school-related pursuits. At the same time, we provide limited summer work:

  • To review prerequisite knowledge for particular courses

  • To ensure you have read materials that will be utilized on the first day of school or in the first unit of the year and that you enter the classroom ready to engage fully with the material.

Please see below for English class assignments, calibrated to general course expectations and designed to ensure that you "hit the ground running" on the first day of school in the fall. Also, see the notes below for Judaic, science, and Math assignments for particular classes. Thank you!

Math summer work is due on the first day of class. Some students may have additional work; the department will contact you if additional study is required.
