S6 Diversity Ambassadors from King's Park Secondary School, Glasgow, worked with the talented and internationally renowned Bethlehem-based street artist Taqi Spateen to create this exhibition entitled "Learning without Limits". Their aim was to share messages of hope and encouragement with their peers in Bethlehem, Glasgow's twin city.
Taqi taught the young designers how to reflect on the kinds of messages that they wanted to share and how to develop a design concept to create impactful street art.
With support from Taqi, the Diversity Ambassadors created their own pieces of street art around the theme of Learning Without Limits.Â
In these short interviews with Glasgow-based photographer, Simon Murphy, our young designers talk about the inspiration behind their concepts. We hope you enjoy reflecting on their work, which will be included in the 2026 Bethlehem Cultural Festival.
