Award winning fiddler and singer Erica Brown, whiz-kid multi-instrumentalist Matt Shipman and Portland’s favorite bass player, Kris Day present a varied assortment of thoughtful originals, traditional songs and tunes, and music that has influenced them along the way to becoming a force on the Maine music scene. Their superb vocal blend and instrumental chops are second-to-none. Erica’s fiddle-playing is at turns virtuosic and unpretentious, while Matt effortlessly juggles an array of stringed instruments (guitar, Irish bouzouki, 5-string banjo, mandolin), and Kris's steady, tasteful bass work glues it all together.
