This British Columbian research study represents Canada's first provincial, in-depth study of the motion picture production below-the-line workforce. 

Leveraging actual payroll data together with an additional variety of data sources, including primary research gained from over 3,500 direct contributors, the study is a thorough, pan-industry collaboration. 

Many stakeholders must be recognized for their time and willingness to participate including various government representatives, six unions and guilds, the producers that hire labour, the payroll companies, one provincial and eight regional film commissions serving the industry, and below-the-line workers themselves.
