## 1. Data We Collect and How We Use It
### 1.1 Photos and Media (Your Device)
- **Photo Library (read):** When you choose a car image from your device to edit, the App accesses only the photos you select. We do not scan or upload your entire photo library.
- **Photo Library (save):** If you use “Save to Phone,” the App saves the generated image to your device’s camera roll. This data stays on your device; we do not store it on our servers.
- **Local storage (“My Garage”):** Generated images and related metadata (e.g. effect type, date) may be stored locally on your device so you can view them in the in-app gallery. This data is stored only on your device unless you explicitly save or share it elsewhere.
### 1.2 AI Processing (Image Content)
- To provide car editing and tuning effects, the App sends the **image you select** (and only that image) to **Google’s Gemini API** for processing. This is necessary to apply the AI effects you request.

### 1.3 Subscription and Purchases
- In-app subscriptions and purchases are handled by **RevenueCat** and the **Apple App Store** (or Google Play on Android). When you subscribe or restore purchases, we receive only whether you have an active subscription (entitlement status), not your payment details.

### 1.4 Advertising
- The App may show **interstitial ads** provided by **Google Mobile Ads (AdMob)**. Ad content and measurement may involve data processed by Google (e.g. device identifiers, general usage). We use **non-personalized ads** where supported to limit use of data for ad personalization.

### 1.5 Local App Data (On Your Device Only)
- **Onboarding:** We store a simple flag on your device (e.g. “has seen onboarding”) so we do not show the onboarding flow again. This is stored only locally.
- **Usage count:** For subscribers, we store a daily usage count locally to enforce a fair-use limit (e.g. number of AI operations per day). This is stored only on your device and is not sent to our servers.

## 4. Data Retention and Deletion
- **On your device:** Photos you save to the camera roll remain in your photo library until you delete them. “My Garage” and other local app data can be removed by deleting the App; you may also delete individual items inside the App where we provide that option.
- **AI processing:** We do not retain your images on our servers after the processing request is complete. Google’s retention for API requests is governed by their policy.
- **Subscription/purchase data:** Retained according to RevenueCat’s and the store’s (Apple/Google) policies.

## 5. Security

- **Photos:** You can revoke photo library access in your device Settings. The App will then be unable to pick or save photos until you grant access again.
- **Advertising:** You can limit ad tracking in your device settings (e.g. “Limit Ad Tracking” on iOS). This may affect which ads you see.
- **Subscriptions:** You can cancel or manage your subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings.
- **Local data:** Uninstalling the App will remove locally stored app data (e.g. onboarding flag, usage count, “My Garage” cache on the device).
