Privacy Policy KLONDIKE GAMES LIMITED
Effective date: April 10, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how KLONDIKE GAMES LIMITED ("Company", "we", "us", "our") handles information connected to the mobile games we develop and publish (the "Games"). KLONDIKE GAMES LIMITED is a company registered in England and Wales under company number 14911178, with its registered office at 63–66 Hatton Garden, 5th Floor, Suite 23, London, England, EC1N 8LE.
Our Games may be offered through app marketplaces and platforms such as the Amazon Appstore, Google Play, the Apple App Store, and other mobile distribution channels in the United States, the European Union/EEA, and other regions where a Game is available.
By downloading, accessing, or playing a Game, you acknowledge this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Games.
We use a “necessary and proportionate” approach: we collect and use information that is reasonably required to run the Games, keep them secure, assist players, measure marketing/advertising where applicable, and improve performance and gameplay. The specific data involved depends on the Game, your device settings, and your interactions.
2.1 Information you provide to us
Support communications: when you contact us, we may receive your email address, name (if you provide it), and the content of your request so we can respond and troubleshoot.
Player content, feedback, and reports: if a Game includes chat, community tools, feedback forms, or reporting features, we process what you submit (e.g., messages, feedback, reports) to provide the feature, address misuse where appropriate, and improve the experience.
Purchase verification: purchases are completed via the relevant store/platform provider. We do not receive or store full payment card information. We may receive limited confirmation (such as receipt data or a transaction identifier) so we can deliver items, provide support, and reduce fraud or abuse.
2.2 Information collected automatically when you use the Games
Device and app information: such as device type/model, operating system and version, language settings, app version, and platform/device identifiers (for example, device ID, advertising ID, or Android ID).
Gameplay, usage, and diagnostics: such as session duration, features used, progress/levels, scores and other in-game events, plus technical logs like crash/error reports and performance metrics.
Network data and approximate location: such as IP address, connection type (Wi‑Fi/mobile), ISP, and approximate location inferred from IP (e.g., city/country). This is mainly used for analytics, security, and troubleshooting (for example, investigating outages or latency).
Advertising identifiers: if a Game shows third‑party ads, we may collect the device advertising identifier and share it with ad partners for ad delivery, measurement, frequency capping, and fraud detection. Advertising identifiers generally do not include your name, but may be used to recognize a device.
2.3 Information we receive from third parties
In limited situations, partners provide information that helps us understand installs and usage trends, operate the Games, and keep systems secure, including:
Attribution reporting (AppsFlyer Ltd.): we use AppsFlyer to measure marketing effectiveness. AppsFlyer may provide attribution and event-level reporting about installs and in‑app activity (for example, campaign/source information).
Advertising reporting: where a Game is ad-supported, ad networks may provide aggregated and/or de‑identified reporting about ad delivery and outcomes (for example, impressions, clicks, conversions, and fraud-related signals).
Hosting and infrastructure operations (AWS, Hetzner): we use infrastructure providers including AWS and Hetzner. As part of operating and securing the Games, we may receive operational logs, alerts, and performance metrics that can include technical identifiers like IP address and timestamps. These providers process data on our behalf under contractual data protection terms. AWS also states that customers control content stored in AWS services, AWS does not access or use customer content without agreement, and AWS does not use customer content for marketing or advertising.
2.4 Sensitive information
We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information (for example, government ID numbers, health information, biometric data, or full payment card details).
We use the information described above to:
Operate the Games: enable core functionality, save progress, and support multiplayer/social features where a Game offers them.
Improve quality and performance: diagnose bugs/crashes, optimize performance, enhance compatibility, balance gameplay, and develop new features and content.
Support advertising (where present): deliver ads (personalized or contextual/non‑personalized depending on your settings and location) and measure ad performance.
Protect transactions and the community: deliver purchased content and use identifiers/transaction signals to detect fraud, refund abuse, cheating, and other harmful behavior; enforce our terms; and keep the Games and players safe.
Communicate with you: respond to support inquiries, send security notices and important service updates, and where permitted and with appropriate consent, send marketing messages (you can opt out at any time).
Comply with law: meet legal obligations and respond to lawful requests from public authorities.
Where required by law, we rely on appropriate legal bases, including: (i) performance of a contract with you (our Terms of Service), (ii) consent (for example, where required for personalized ads or optional features), and (iii) legitimate interests (such as operating and improving the Games, ensuring security, and measuring marketing effectiveness), unless those interests are overridden by your rights and interests.
We share information with service providers and partners that help us run the Games, perform analytics/telemetry, measure marketing, and deliver ads. These parties may process certain data under their own privacy notices. We recommend reviewing their policies.
4.1 AppsFlyer Ltd. (attribution/measurement)
We use the AppsFlyer SDK for campaign measurement and attribution. AppsFlyer may process advertising identifiers (where available), device/app details (device type, OS, app version), IP address in limited contexts (attribution and fraud prevention), and in‑app events related to installs and interactions.
AppsFlyer acts as our processor/service provider for attribution, analytics, measurement, and fraud prevention, and processes data based on our instructions. AppsFlyer states it does not sell personal data.
4.2 Pavetra LTD (telemetry/analytics/crash reporting)
We use the Pavetra LTD SDK to collect telemetry and crash information so we can monitor stability, diagnose problems, and improve performance.
Pavetra LTD (501,5 Andrea Kalvou Str, Limassol, CY) may process technical and diagnostic information (such as crash logs, stack traces, and error reports), device details (device model, OS, app version), and in‑app events related to gameplay and usage. Pavetra LTD processes this information as our processor in line with our instructions.
4.3 Advertising partners and external links
We do not provide advertising partners with information that directly identifies you by name or email. Partners typically receive device identifiers and contextual data necessary for ad delivery and measurement. If you click an ad or an external link in a Game, you may be redirected to a third party. Any information you provide to that third party is governed by its privacy policy rather than this Policy.
You can reduce interest-based advertising by using your device controls. Common options include:
iOS/iPadOS: Settings > Privacy > Advertising and enable “Limit Ad Tracking” (or the equivalent control available for your iOS version).
Android: Settings > Google > Ads and enable “Opt out of Ads Personalization” (or the equivalent option available for your Android version).
These controls signal participating networks not to use your advertising identifier for personalized ads. You may still see ads, but they may be less tailored and more contextual.
For help with advertising preferences or to exercise your rights, contact us at bazhannya.team@gmail.com. Where required by law or by this Policy, we may provide non‑personalized ads, disable personalized ads, or offer another alternative (such as an ad‑free option where applicable).
We operate internationally. Personal data may be transferred to, stored in, or accessed from countries outside your country of residence. Depending on the Game and operational needs, we may process data using infrastructure providers (including AWS and Hetzner) in Germany and the United States.
If you are in the EEA or the UK, transfers to countries without an adequate level of protection are covered by appropriate safeguards, which may include:
Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) adopted/approved by the European Commission;
Recognized privacy frameworks such as the EU‑U.S. Data Privacy Framework where applicable; and
Additional technical and organizational measures (for example, encryption in transit, access controls, and data minimization).
You can request more information about transfer safeguards by emailing us at bazhannya.team@gmail.com.
Privacy rights vary by location. The sections below summarize common rights and how to submit a request.
7.1 EEA/UK and similar laws
If you are in the EU/EEA, the UK, or a jurisdiction with similar privacy laws, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to the processing of your personal data; request portability where applicable; and withdraw consent where we rely on consent (withdrawal does not affect earlier processing).
You may also complain to your local data protection authority. We encourage you to contact us first so we can try to address your concern.
To make a request, contact us using the details in the Contact section. We may verify your identity (for example, by confirming information we already have) before fulfilling a request. We typically respond within a reasonable timeframe in line with applicable law (often within 30 days).
7.2 California privacy rights (CCPA/CPRA)
If you are a California resident, you may have rights to know, delete, correct, and opt out of certain disclosures that may be considered a “sale” or “sharing” for cross‑context behavioral advertising (subject to conditions and exceptions), and the right to non‑discrimination for exercising your rights.
We do not sell personal information for money. However, some advertising-related disclosures may be considered a “sale” or “sharing” under California law. You can opt out by: (a) using in‑game privacy controls or a “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” option if available, (b) limiting ad tracking in your device settings, and/or (c) contacting us at bazhannya.team@gmail.com.
Submitting requests: Email us and include “California Privacy Rights Request” in the subject or message body. We may take steps to verify your identity or authority (including for authorized agents). We respond within the timeframes required by law (generally 45 days, with a possible extension where permitted).
Our Games are not intended for children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13 (or under 16 in the EEA where a higher age of consent applies). By using the Games, you represent that you are old enough to consent to data processing in your jurisdiction.
If we learn we collected personal data from a child without appropriate consent, we will delete it. If you believe a child provided us data, please contact us so we can investigate and remove it.
Some Games may be rated for a general audience. Parents and guardians should supervise children’s gameplay. We do not use children’s data to profile or target them with advertising. For Games directed to children or mixed audiences, we comply with laws such as COPPA and obtain verifiable parental consent where required.
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to reduce the risk of unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration of information. Safeguards may include encryption in transit, firewalls, secure server infrastructure, and access controls.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. Please protect your device and any accounts you use. If we become aware of a breach affecting your personal data, we will notify affected users and authorities as required by law.
We keep personal data only for as long as needed to support the purposes described in this Policy, unless a longer period is required or permitted by law. For example:
While you use a Game, we may retain data tied to your account or device to provide the service (such as progress and settings).
Aggregated or anonymized data that cannot reasonably identify you may be retained longer for analytics and game improvement.
If you request deletion, we delete data where required and feasible, but may retain certain records for legal compliance or legitimate business needs (such as proof of purchase).
Backups may persist for a limited period as part of disaster recovery, and we take steps intended to prevent deleted data from being restored for active use.
When information is no longer necessary, we securely delete it or de‑identify it so it cannot reasonably be linked back to you.
If you have questions about this Privacy Policy or want to exercise your rights, contact us. We typically respond within 30 days.
Email: bazhannya.team@gmail.com (use subject line “Privacy Inquiry”).
You can also use the developer contact method available in an app store listing (for example, “Contact Developer”). Messages sent through a store may be forwarded to our support email.
When contacting us, please include the Game title and any relevant identifiers (if available) so we can locate your request and respond accurately.
We may update this Policy from time to time to reflect changes to our practices, technology, or legal requirements. If changes are material, we may provide notice within the Game and/or update the effective date above. Your continued use of the Games after an update means you accept the revised Policy to the extent permitted by law.
If you do not agree with an updated Policy, stop using the Games and you may request deletion of your personal data as described above.
By playing our Games, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy.
