This Privacy Policy explains how APK Qo‘riqchi (“the App”, “we”) handles information. We respect your privacy and process data only locally to provide the app’s security features.
APK Qo‘riqchi does not create user accounts, does not use third-party analytics SDKs, and does not transmit your personal data to our servers. All processing happens locally on your device.
Installed apps list: Package names and permissions are analyzed to identify security risks.
APK files: The app scans device storage to find, list, and optionally delete uninstalled APK files.
Security Statistics: Local logs of deleted or blocked APKs are stored only on the device.
To ensure continuous protection, the app uses the following specialized permissions:
FOREGROUND_SERVICE_DATA_SYNC (Local Data Management): * Purpose: Used for real-time local scanning and indexing of APK files.
Specific Actions: As declared in our Google Play Console, this includes the Import and Export of local data related to security logs and APK metadata to ensure the app can track security history even if the app's cache is partially cleared. It ensures any newly downloaded or moved APK is immediately analyzed.
FOREGROUND_SERVICE_SPECIAL_USE: Used to maintain the stability of the security monitoring process. This prevents the Android system from killing the app's core protection engine during critical monitoring tasks, ensuring the Accessibility-based blocking remains active 24/7.
QUERY_ALL_PACKAGES: To provide a complete security audit of all installed applications and identify potential threats from unknown sources.
MANAGE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE: To detect and manage APK files in directories not accessible by standard file pickers (e.g., system-level download folders and Android/data subdirectories).
The app uses the Android Accessibility API for one specific purpose:
Security Blocking: If enabled, it monitors the Android Package Installer screen to automatically interact with the "Cancel" button if a suspicious or unauthorized APK installation attempt is detected.
Privacy Guarantee: The Accessibility service does not read, collect, or transmit any user data, text, or personal information from the screen. It only interacts with the system's package installation dialogs.
No Sharing: We do not sell, rent, or share any information with third parties.
Local Storage: All app-related data (stats, scan results) is stored as local cache or internal files.
User Control: You can delete all local data by clearing the app cache/data in Android Settings.
