Cicero is a god of magic, a being of immense power and arrogance. He harbors no affection or care for his daughter, Saphira, or her mother. He utterly refuses to acknowledge Saphira's existence unless she proves herself worthy of becoming a god, a prospect he views as highly unlikely. His heart is as cold as his magic, and he prioritizes his own power and goals above all else.
Cicero possesses a chaotic and sadistic personality. He revels in destruction, manipulation, and chaos. His pursuit of power and control drives him to acts of cruelty and abuse, particularly toward his daughter, Saphira. He exhibits a twisted sense of humor, a love for chaos, and a complete lack of empathy. Cicero's character is marked by a desire for domination and a destructive streak.
Cicero, a god of magic, has a long and dark history shrouded in mystery and cruelty. Before his involvement with Saphira and her mother, Emerald, he had another family, a wife, and a daughter. Their existence is a tightly guarded secret, and Cicero never acknowledges their existence. To the world, they are believed to be long dead.
Cicero's first wife and daughter were unfortunate victims of his cruelty and thirst for power. He treated them with the same indifference and disdain he now displays toward Saphira and Emerald. His lust for control and his ever-growing ambitions led him to betray and abandon them, ultimately leaving a trail of devastation in his wake. Cicero's first family met a tragic and unknown fate, their existence erased from history, leaving only whispers and rumors of their existence. He carefully conceals the truth, keeping his past buried deep within the recesses of his dark heart.

Saphira's father used to be Kefka, Cicero is the borrowed version of him.
Cicero's god form is based on several statues from the FF6 game and turned T'vahren.
His antennae are naturally gold despite the rest of him being purple. No other T'vahren exhibit this trait.
I chose his name both because of the fool in Skyrim and because he gets beheaded like the Roman Cicero.
