Batteryview 3.0.24 [PATCHED] Download

I purchased Pylontech Batteries about 2 years ago(alongside an inverter, and solar panels) in a package deal from party X(not important to the post). Now 3 weeks ago, something went wrong where the batteries won't charge and won't give any power(but the solar panels provide energy during the day). I've contacted party X and they had no idea what the issue was. On the inverter software all I had was a warning: DC/DC battery cannot operate. The batteries were tested by multiple electricians and they all said they were fine. I call party X again and they now tell me I need to update the batteries' firmware for them to work. I contact Pylontech for the batteryview software and firmware update files and they sent it to me. I tried building the cable using the following:
