This Privacy Policy describes how Battery Drainer ("the App", "we", "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you use our mobile application.
The App does not require you to create an account. We do not collect your name, email address, or other directly identifying information unless you contact us at devteam.ciel@gmail.com.
When you use the App, the following information may be collected automatically:
Device information: IP address, operating system version, device model, language, time zone.
App usage and analytics: Drain session events, feature usage, screen views (via Firebase Analytics).
Crash and diagnostic data: Stack traces and device state at the time of a crash (via Firebase Crashlytics).
Sensor data: Accelerometer, gyroscope, and magnetometer readings used by the corresponding drain options. Sensor readings are processed on-device and are not transmitted to our servers.
Battery and device state: Battery level and charging state, processed on-device for the App's core functionality.
Advertising identifier (AAID): Used by Google AdMob to deliver and measure advertising.
Purchase data: An anonymous user identifier, purchase receipts, product identifiers, and transaction history (via RevenueCat). This data is only collected if you make an in-app purchase.
The App requests certain Android permissions (camera, microphone, location, vibration, etc.) to enable the corresponding drain options. Granting a permission does not necessarily mean the related data leaves your device — most permissions are used locally for the drain feature only.
We use the information we collect to:
Operate and maintain the App's core functionality.
Process and deliver in-app purchases, including restoring purchases on reinstall.
Display advertisements appropriate to your region (subject to consent where required).
Diagnose crashes and improve stability.
Understand aggregate usage patterns to inform future improvements.
Comply with applicable legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information.
The App relies on the following third-party services. Each operates under its own privacy policy:

The App displays advertisements via Google AdMob. How ads are shown depends on your region:
European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom, and Switzerland: Ads are shown only after you provide consent through Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP). You may withdraw or modify your consent at any time by tapping "Privacy options" in the Quit dialog of the App.
California (CCPA): Where applicable, you may opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information for advertising purposes via the same in-app interface.
Other regions: Ads may use the standard advertising identifier (AAID). You can reset or limit ad personalization in your Android device settings (Settings → Google → Ads).
Users with an active Boost Lifetime or Boost Monthly entitlement do not see ads.
When you make an in-app purchase, the transaction itself is processed by Google Play Billing. We use RevenueCat to validate purchase receipts and manage entitlements (whether you have an active premium pass). RevenueCat receives an anonymous user identifier, the product identifier, and transaction metadata. RevenueCat does not receive your name, email, or payment card details.
Two products are offered:
Boost Lifetime — a one-time, non-consumable purchase that grants permanent access.
Boost Monthly — a one-time, non-renewing 30-day pass. There is no automatic renewal. To continue access after the 30 days, you must manually purchase the pass again.
A local copy of your entitlement status is stored on your device using Android SharedPreferences. You may clear this data at any time by clearing the App's data in your Android settings.
Analytics and crash data are retained for as long as you use the App and for a reasonable period thereafter for diagnostic and quality purposes. Purchase data is retained by Google Play and RevenueCat in accordance with their respective policies. You may request deletion of any data we have collected about you by contacting devteam.ciel@gmail.com.
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights regarding your personal information:
Right of access — request a copy of the information we hold about you.
Right of rectification — request correction of inaccurate information.
Right of erasure — request deletion of your information.
Right to restrict or object to processing — limit how we use your information.
Right to data portability — receive your information in a portable format.
Right to withdraw consent — for consent-based processing such as personalized advertising.
Right to lodge a complaint — file a complaint with your local data protection authority.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at devteam.ciel@gmail.com. We will respond within a reasonable period, typically within 30 days.
The App is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected such information, we will delete it promptly. Parents or guardians who believe their child has provided personal information to us should contact devteam.ciel@gmail.com.
We use commercially reasonable measures to protect the information we collect. However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
The App may be used worldwide. Information collected may be transferred to and processed in jurisdictions other than your own, including the United States, where Google's and RevenueCat's servers are primarily located. By using the App, you consent to such transfer.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. For material changes, we may provide additional notice within the App. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
