Watch this overview video to help you understand how G Suite Training works in a G Suite app. The tasks you'll complete are listed in order below. Be sure to open Google Forms in a separate window to practice what you watch, as you will create your own Google Form with each "swing" and submit it to get your badge.

1st Swing: Create a Form

2nd Swing: Choose a Theme

You will discover how to do this in the "Working with Forms" section.

3rd Swing: Add Various Types of Questions

Create at least four questions for your Form. You will discover how to do this in the "Adding Questions or Other Items to a Form" section.

4th Swing: Making Questions Required

You will find this in the "Introduction to Adding Items" lesson.

5th Swing: View a Live Form

You will discover how to do this in the "Working with Forms" section.

6th Swing: Share a Form

You will discover how to do this in the "Publishing Your Form" section. Share the link to your form with two people and ask them to complete it.

7th Swing: View Form Responses

You will discover how to do this in the "Managing Forms Response Data" section. Once your teammates respond to your Form, you'll have the opportunity to assess the data.
