This Privacy Policy explains how Batch Audio Adder: For Video (“the App”), package name com.batchaudioadder.video, handles information and user data.

Batch Audio Adder: For Video is designed to add and mix audio with video files in bulk.
Videos and audio files selected by the user are processed locally on the user’s device.
The App does not upload selected videos, audio files, or generated output files to developer-operated servers.
The developer does not receive, store, access, or retain the contents of the user’s selected media files.
Processed files are saved to storage locations selected or permitted by the user and remain under the user’s control.
The App uses Android system file-selection mechanisms, including the Storage Access Framework (SAF), to allow users to select video files, audio files, and output locations.
The App accesses only files and locations that the user explicitly selects or grants access to.
When required for long-running media processing, Android may allow the App to retain permission to access selected file URIs so that an active operation can continue correctly.
The App does not request broad access to all files on the device through the MANAGE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE permission.
The App may continue an active media-processing operation when it is no longer visible on the screen.
For this purpose, the App uses an Android Foreground Service with the mediaProcessing service type.
The foreground service is started only after the user explicitly starts a media-processing operation.
It is used to:
continue adding or mixing audio with selected videos;
process multiple selected videos sequentially;
maintain processing progress;
allow the user to cancel an active operation;
reduce the risk of losing an active operation when the App moves to the background.
The App does not automatically start media processing after device reboot or without a direct user action.
On Android 13 and newer, the App may request permission to send notifications.
Notification permission is used to display information about active media processing, such as:
processing progress;
number of completed files;
percentage completed;
the name of the file currently being processed;
a control to cancel processing;
completion information.
Notification permission is not required to select or edit media files.
If notification permission is denied, the App may still perform an active foreground media-processing operation where permitted by Android.
Information displayed in processing notifications is generated locally on the device and is not sent to the developer.
To support long-running operations and recovery after interruptions, the App may store limited technical processing state locally on the device.
This may include:
references to selected files;
current processing position;
completed file status;
failed file status;
processing state.
This information is used only for operation continuity and recovery.
It is not uploaded to developer-operated servers.
The free version of the App may use Google AdMob / Google Mobile Ads SDK to display advertisements.
Google and its advertising partners may automatically collect or process certain information required to provide, measure, secure, and personalize advertising, depending on the user’s location, consent choices, device configuration, and applicable law.
Such information may include device or advertising identifiers, IP address, approximate location derived from IP address, app interactions, diagnostic information, and other technical information.
The developer does not control how Google independently processes data collected through Google Mobile Ads services.

The App may offer a one-time Pro purchase through Google Play Billing.
Purchases and payment transactions are processed by Google Play.
The developer does not receive or store the user’s full payment card details, bank information, or Google account password.
The App may receive purchase-related information from Google Play that is necessary to determine whether Pro access is active and to restore eligible purchases.
Google’s handling of payment and account information is governed by Google’s own privacy policies and terms.
The App does not require users to create a developer-operated account.
The App does not require users to provide their name, home address, phone number, or other personal profile information to use its core media-processing functionality.
Apart from information processed by third-party services described in this Privacy Policy, the developer does not intentionally collect personal information from users through developer-operated servers.
Selected media files and generated results remain on the user’s device or in storage locations selected by the user.
The developer does not maintain a server-side copy of these files.
Local application data may remain on the device until it is cleared by the user, removed by Android, or deleted when the App is uninstalled, subject to Android storage behavior.
Third-party services such as Google AdMob and Google Play may retain information according to their own policies.
The developer does not sell users’ personal information or media files.
The developer does not share selected videos, selected audio files, or generated media files with third parties.
Certain technical or advertising-related information may be processed by Google through services integrated into the App, including Google Mobile Ads and Google Play Billing, as described above.
The App is designed to minimize unnecessary access to user data.
Media processing is performed locally, file access is based on Android permissions and user-selected locations, and the App avoids unnecessary broad storage permissions.
However, no software or electronic storage system can guarantee absolute security.
The App is not designed to knowingly collect personal information directly from children.
If third-party advertising services are enabled, their operation is subject to Google’s applicable policies, user consent requirements, age-related requirements, and regional regulations.
Users can control access granted to the App through Android system settings.
Depending on the Android version, users may:
allow or deny notification permission;
remove file or storage access;
cancel active media processing;
clear application data;
uninstall the App.
Users can also manage advertising and privacy settings provided by Android, Google, and Google Play.
The App may use services provided by third parties, including:
Google AdMob / Google Mobile Ads SDK;
Google Play Billing;
Android system services required for file access, notifications, and foreground media processing.
These services operate under their own privacy policies and terms.
