I am Associate Professor at the Department of Economics, Swansea University (UK). My research focuses on the role of social networks in shaping a wide range of outcomes, from firms’ innovative capabilities to organisational learning and broader issues such as global income inequality. In recent years, I have enriched this perspective by exploring the strategic and psychological foundations of network behaviour, particularly examining how peer interaction shapes personal motivation and confidence.
