We're looking at alternatives to our recently demoed Barracuda cloud archiver for O365. Things we like are the Outlook add-in, improved search ability and a web gui for even more granular abilities, the ability to limit access to the emails from our network in the event credentials are compromised.
When I go to Get Add-ins when viewing a secondary mailbox It shows the add-in is already added. I am still stuck not being able to click the message actions button when viewing a secondary mailbox in Outlook.
