In 1974, Barnett Memorials was founded by Ken and Betty Barnett. Using a pad of graph paper and a pencil, he created and sold monuments from the dining room table at their home on Hamilton Road in Elbridge. From a young boy to a grown man, grandson, Bill Rinaldi helped his grandfather in the cemetery, setting monuments. When Ken knew it was time to retire in 1999, there wasn’t anyone better to take over the family business. Fast forward to today, Barnett Memorials is a full service monument company operating out of three CNY locations, Elbridge, Auburn, and Seneca Falls.
