Elliotte Friedman announced this afternoon that Islanders forward Kieffer Bellows has been placed on waivers.

Bellows is not waiver exempt. He can be claimed by any team.

The former 19th overall pick in 2019 has tallied 25 points in 68 NHL games.

The 24 year old forward is making 1.25 million dollars. He will be a free agent this upcoming summer.

It appears the Islanders have seen enough from a once promising goal scorer.
