BAPSM is an informal, one-day gathering open to all researchers in planetary and exoplanet science, featuring short research talks and ample time for informal discussion and collaboration. It’s a great opportunity to connect with colleagues across the region and share updates from ongoing work.
Abstract Submission Deadline: December 1st 2025
Registration Closes: December 12th 2025
Meeting Date: January 16th 2026
The goal of this meeting is to build community and stimulate collaboration by engaging in meaningful conversation with our local planetary-focused neighbors. Accordingly, presenters should prioritize accessibility to a wider audience by providing robust background information and paring methods and results down to a concise summary.
Oral presentations will be 8 minutes in length followed by 2 minutes for questions from the audience.
Please upload your slides by Thursday, January 15 at 6:00pm according to the instructions emailed to you.
