• Log in and use the Application using a compatible third-party software or system not developed, authorized or approved by the company.

When a consumer downloads and uses an application that contains SDKBOX’s Plugins or otherwise interacts with SDKBOX’s Online Services, we may collect certain end user information including the following:

• SDKBOX plugin version.

• Game engine type and version.

• Mobile operating system info.

• Mobile device model and configuration.

• Mobile advertising identifier, like IDFA or Android Advertising ID.

• Mobile application name and bundle ID.

• Third-party SDK type, version, and API calls/errors interacting with mobile applications.

• IP address of mobile device.

We collect and use information to administer and assist customers with theirs Online Services account, and to provide a better experience with the SDKBOX products. We encourage consumers to learn about how information can be used and how to exercise their choices to permit or, if they prefer, to opt out this information collection in the Opt Out section below.

Information sharing or disclosure.

We may share and/or monetize aggregated and anonymous end user information with third parties with whom we have a strategic relationship. The information shared with these third parties may be used for industry analysis or improving advertising conversions.

We will disclose information about you or your end users to government or law enforcement officials or private parties as we, in our sole discretion, believe necessary or appropriate to respond to claims and legal process (including but not limited to subpoenas), to protect the property and rights of SDKBOX or any third-party, to protect the safety of the public or any person, or to prevent or stop activity we may consider to be, or to pose a risk of being, illegal, unethical or legally actionable.

In addition, we may disclose information to third parties in connection with a corporate reorganization, merger or amalgamation, or the sale of all or substantially all of our assets.

Except as stated above, we do not share, sell, or lease Information about customers and end users to any third-party entities. SDKBOX contractually prohibits its contractors, affiliates, vendors and suppliers from disclosing information received from SDKBOX, other than in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

Delete Your Personal Information

If you no longer want us to actively use your Personal Information, you can submit a request to delete Your personally identifiable information through the customer care section of the game you play.

Upon such request, we are required to verify your identity and request your confirmation.

We will respond to your request within thirty days of your verification. Please note that in some cases will be maintained in our hosted database to:
