Membership application and declarations.

I, (insert name), wish to apply for membership of the Grwp Adar Bangor Bird Group for the 2023/2024 programme of talks. 

In making this application, I declare that I:

1. Have read and understood the organisational form adopted by GABBG.

2. Have read and understood the provisions of the GABBG Constitution.

3. Have read and understood the provisions of the GABBG Privacy Notice.

4. Am aged 18 years or older at the time of this application.

5. Have willingly shared my e-mail address and acknowledge that the GABBG may use this in accordance with the provisions of its Privacy Notice including reminder e-mails about upcoming talks and questionnaires about the functioning of the group.

6. Undertake to make a BACS transfer to the GABBG bank account:

within 7 days of this application to cover my membership fee of £20.

7. Undertake to include a note within the BACS transfer as to whom the payment is from so that the Honorary Treasurer / Membership Secretary can reconcile the applications and subsequent membership payments.
