BanglaTach operates this VPN mobile application (“Service”).

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our Service. This policy complies with Google Play Developer Program Policies, Google Play User Data Policy, GDPR (European Union), CCPA/CPRA (California, USA), VCDPA (Virginia, USA), and LGPD (Brazil).

2. Use of VpnService (Google Play Policy Compliance)

Our application provides VPN (Virtual Private Network) services as its core functionality. To achieve this, we utilize the Android VpnService API. In compliance with Google Play Developer Policies, we explicitly declare the following:

Encryption: All data transmitted from your device to our VPN tunnel endpoint is strictly encrypted.

No Data Collection: We DO NOT use the VpnService to collect, store, or transmit personal and sensitive user data.

No Traffic Manipulation: We DO NOT redirect or manipulate user traffic from other apps on a device for monetization purposes (e.g., redirecting ads traffic through a country different than that of the user).

3. Information We Collect

We collect only the minimal data necessary to provide and improve our VPN services, display ads within our app UI, and analyze app performance.

Approximate location: Derived from IP solely for server optimization and routing.

Precise location: Only collected if the user explicitly grants device-level permission.

E. Subscription Information (If Applicable)

If you subscribe via Google Play, we may process subscription status, renewal dates, transaction IDs, and purchase history. All payment processing is handled securely by Google Play. We do NOT store credit card details.

4. What We DO NOT Collect

To ensure your absolute privacy, we do NOT:

Log browsing history or monitor websites visited.

Store or inspect VPN traffic content.

Sell personal data to third parties.

Collect passwords or financial account numbers.

5. Sensitive Personal Information

We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information (such as Government ID numbers, biometric data, health data, religious beliefs). If any non-identifiable data is transmitted via third-party SDKs, it is fully anonymized and aggregated.

6. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information exclusively to:

Provide, maintain, and optimize the VPN connection.

Manage user subscriptions.

Display non-intrusive advertisements within the app.

Analyze app crashes and performance.

Prevent fraud and ensure security.

7. Advertising and Data Sharing

We display ads through third-party ad networks including TopOn Mediation, Google AdMob, Facebook, OneSignal, and Firebase.

These SDKs may process anonymized Advertising IDs to serve ads.

We display ads within our app only. We do not inject ads into your VPN web traffic.

Third-party providers process data according to their respective privacy policies.

8. Sale or Sharing of Personal Data

We strictly DO NOT sell your personal data. Under CCPA/CPRA, targeted advertising may qualify as "sharing," and users have the right to opt-out (see Section 11).

We retain technical data only for as long as necessary to provide service functionality, ensure security, and resolve app crashes. Analytics and crash logs are retained in anonymized forms.

10. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you have the right to:

Access: Request access to the data we hold about you.

Deletion: Request the deletion of your data.

Rectification: Request correction of inaccurate information.

Data Portability: Request a copy of your data.

Opt-Out: Opt-out of targeted advertising.

To opt-out of targeted advertising instantly, you can disable Ads Personalization or enable "Limit Ad Tracking" in your Android device settings.

12. Regional Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA, VCDPA, LGPD, GDPR)

California (CCPA/CPRA) & Virginia (VCDPA): Residents have the right to know, access, delete, correct, and opt-out of the sale/sharing of data. We do not discriminate against users exercising these rights.

Brazil (LGPD): Users have rights to confirm data processing, access, anonymize, and delete data.

EEA (GDPR): Users have the right to restrict processing, data portability, withdraw consent, and lodge a complaint with local authorities.

13. Children’s Privacy

Our Service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children. Users must be at least 16 years old or have parental consent where legally required.

14. Security

We use industry-standard encryption and security protocols. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.

15. Limitation of Liability

We do not guarantee completely uninterrupted VPN service. Users are solely responsible for complying with the local laws of their region regarding VPN usage.
