Hey everyone, I have a Google pixel 7 pro. I connected my magic band and it is linked to my pass, however if I try to connect to it through Bluetooth it throws all sorts of issues. I go through the pairing process and link it to my phone but it absolutely will not connect in the app. I can't see how much battery it has, change the lights, etc.

I am attempting to write an app that makes use of the Microsoft Bands sensors (Heart Rate, Skin Temperature, Pedometer, etc.) but will be used on a shared band, not tied to a specific user. At the moment I am unable to find a way to connect the band to a device purely by bluetooth, as the band must first be connected to and registered with the Microsoft Health app. Does anyone know of a way to do this using the newly released SDK?

On February 16 2022, we announced plans to make Google OAuth interactions safer by using more secure OAuth flows. This guide helps you to understand the necessary changes and steps to successfully migrate from the OAuth out-of-band (OOB) flow to supported alternatives.

If you can see that, my device dectect 5Ghz band network of someone's (unknown) router. But it can't detect mine. As well as I've tried with adjusting the channel to 36, 40 or 44 but it didn't helped. Alos I've updated the firmware version of my router. Take a look of that screenshot.

Reply: May I know why TP Link sell this type of device which is not suitable for Bangladesh Region. Beside you said that C6 only supports 5GHz band 1 and my may only support band 4. For for you information, If I change the region of the phone (Say India) then 5GHz (of C6) appears on my device. If my phone only supports band 4 then it should not show the 5Ghz (of C6) after changing the region. Can we get any update of c6 firmwire version so that this problem get resolved?

@Nahian bhai, our devices support all kind of 5GHz band but when the devices detect that they are being used in Bangladesh region, the rom installed in the devices deny to connect with the other bands but only allow the Band 4 signal to be connected! :( You're lucky that Xiaomi allows you to change the regions, but Samsung doesn't.... That's why my mobile can not detect the band 1 signal because having a Bangladeshi global rom installed in it....

Band-in-a-Box for Android is an app for Android devices including phones and tablets. There is also a "desktop" version of Band-in-a-Box (BB Desktop) that is available for Windows machines. I've got a wireless router. Recently I found out that my mobile is having issues with the WiFi connection. I went through the settings and found out that there is an option in the router WiFi settings where I can select a band:

Now earlier it was set to 2.4 GHz (B+G+N). What is the best band that I should chose so that my mobile (Sony Xperia P) will get the best WiFi connection? And if any other settings you see are wrong please correct them! :)

Increasing Band Rank unlocks Band Story chapters. When any given band reaches Band Rank 20, all of that band's Band Story will be unlocked. Area Item level cap increases (certain items only), Skill Tickets (Triple) and Titles may be awarded when ranking up from Band Rank 21 and above.

Users can create separate spaces for communicating with members of different groups, depending on the purpose of those groups. Types of groups include existing circles such as sports teams, marching bands, campus groups, faith groups, teams, friends, family as well as interest-based groups, like those for hobbyists, gamers, and fans, which are also searchable within the app. BAND is a popular social app in Korea whose number of monthly active users surpassed that of Facebook by June 2014.[1]

According to Naver, as the COVID-19 pandemic spread in the United States in March 2020, the band's monthly live users exceeded 2.5 million, a 17-fold increase from 2016. The number of new groups increased by 140% and new subscribers increased by 81%. In addition, the number of groups that performed live broadcasting increased by 512% and the number of viewers increased by 886%. As remote work and distance education are becoming more common, the band is drawing attention as a remote communication tool. This is because it provides functions such as live broadcasting, attendance check, voting, and group call online.[6]

In the dual band modes, only one SSID can be configured and on the air for the "Dual-Band (2.4 GHz & 5 GHz) Wifi 6" resp. "Dual-Band (2.4 GHz & 6 GHz) Wifi 6E" . Only one network name is shown for the dual-band modes. This is not specific to this MR6500 btw. --Simultaneous-vs-Selectable-Dual-Band

This is almost a classic mis-interpretation since the first wireless AP or routers allowed the same SSID on multiple radios, sometimes named smart connect. every modern wireless client can deal with this - no idea why people still stick on the late 1990 ideas to have one wireless name for each band and radio.

To add to olavrb's great advice, Nest Wifi doesn't have a feature to force devices to setup on the 2.4 GHz band. Some smart home devices only use the 2.4 GHz band and will not be available for setup if your phone is on the 5 GHz band. You may be able to tell your Android phone, if you have one, to only connect on the 2.4 GHz band temporarily in your phone's Wi-Fi settings, then you may be able to setup the device. Refer to the manufacturer's support information to see if your phone has this feature.

The BAND app, which is available for free on iOS, Android and desktop, is already being used by millions of sports participants and other group activities across the country. For more information, visit about.band.us.

I have Mi band 2 from Xiaomi, always connected to my Android device for fitness activity tracking. In the notification drawer, there is always a persistent(unclearable notification) - "Mi Band is/isn't connected - which is annoying. Is there any way I could make it disappear and receive other notifications from the Mi Fit App, if any?

For the sake of this article, we refer to devices with big displays that prioritize apps and notifications as smartwatches. We refer to devices with small displays that look more like a traditional fitness band as fitness trackers. In reality, many smartwatches have fitness tracking tools, and many fitness trackers have smartwatch features.

In 2017, the FCC updated the GMRS by allotting additional interstitial channels in the 467 MHz band, increased the license term from 5 to 10 years, allowed transmission of limited data applications such as text messaging and GPS location information and made other updates to the GMRS rules to reflect modern application of the service.

Checking what band you are connected to identifies what network speeds you'll receive. While you'll be aware of the types of mobile networks (for example, 5g, 4G/LTE, and 3G), you may not know that there is a lot of variety within these networks. For example, the slowest 5G network is nearly indistinguishable from the fastest 4G networks. ff782bc1db
