Step 2:  Place Your Order

    ▸ Your order will be processed after payment has been successfully made.

    ▸ We will send you a PDF for confirmation/small revision. (You will have 1 free small revision)

Step 3:  Wait for Your Shipment!❤️

Our standard timeframe from design to production is 7-10 working days, excluding Saturday, Sunday and public holidays.
Please note that this durations does not include shipping time.

For urgent orders, we do accept them with additional fees. To discuss and confirm the production timeline, please feel free to contact us.

We will send you the illustration once our designer completes the portrait.
Each illustration can have small revision before production.
*Photo replacement / Change design are NOT allowed once drawing has begun.*

Please understand that illustrations are done by handdrawn, it may not achieve 100% likeness to the provided photo, but we will make every effort to capture the  essence and  uniqueness of the subject.

Yes, you can. Please notify us in advance for requests such as photo merging.
Additional fees may apply, depending on the complexity of the modifications.

For more accurate shipping fee, please contact us.

You will receive the package 2-3 days after shipment in West Malaysia and 5-6 days in East Malaysia.

If you wish to receive your order on a specific date, we can arrange LALAMOVE or GRAB EXPRESS for you.
Kindly note that customers are responsible for the delivery fees based on the rates set by the platform, applicable only for the Klang Valley area.

我们一般需要7-10个工作日来完成，不包括星期六、星期日和公共假期。
请注意，此时间是不包括运输时间的。

若需要加急完成订单，请与我们联系以讨论和确认时间。急单处理会有额外的收费。

我们会在设计师完成初稿后发送给您。每个初稿都可以进行一次免费的小修改。

若初稿确认无需修改，我们将接着进行印制。
