1. Introduction Oplion Studio we, built the BAMBAM app as a Free app. This SERVICE is provided by Oplion Studio at no cost and is intended for use as is. This page is used to inform visitors regarding our policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decided to use our Service.

All game progress, scores, and settings (such as music volume and sound preferences) are stored locally on your device using local storage mechanisms. If you uninstall the app or clear its data, this local progress will be permanently deleted.
3. Third-Party Services and Advertising While our app does not collect personal data directly, we use third-party services that may collect information used to identify you for the purpose of serving advertisements and analyzing app performance.
Google AdMob: We use Google AdMob to display advertisements within the game. To protect our users and comply with strict privacy guidelines, we have configured our app to request Non-Personalized Ads only. This means Google will not use your personal behavior or demographic data to target ads to you within this app. AdMob may still collect non-personal data, such as device identifiers and crash logs, for frequency capping and fraud prevention.

4. Local Push Notifications Our app uses local notifications to remind you when your in-game lives are refilled. These notifications are scheduled and triggered entirely locally on your device. 5. Children’s Privacy BAMBAM is a family-friendly puzzle game suitable for all ages. We take the privacy of all our users, especially children, very seriously. We comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). We do not knowingly collect any personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13. Furthermore, by restricting our ad requests to non-personalized ads, we ensure that third-party ad networks do not track or profile younger audiences.
