# Privacy Policy for AI Balcony Designer Studio

Your privacy is our utmost priority. This Privacy Policy explains how **AI Balcony Designer Studio** (the "App") collects, uses, transmits, and protects your data, in compliance with Apple App Store Review Guidelines 5.1.1 and 5.1.2.
## 1. What Data the App Collects
The App may collect the following data only when you choose to provide it:
- **Text Prompts:** The balcony design descriptions, style preferences, material choices, colors, dimensions, notes, and other design instructions you manually type into the App.
- **Selected or Captured Photos (Optional):** If you use the “design from photo” feature, you may choose a balcony or outdoor space photo from your device or take a new photo with the camera. The App uses only the specific photo you select or capture for the redesign request.
- **Generated Images and Local Gallery Data:** AI-generated balcony design images and related design history may be saved locally on your device so you can view, share, download, or delete them later.
The App does **not** scan your full photo library, does **not** access photos you do not select, does **not** collect location data, does **not** collect contacts, and does **not** collect background tracking data.
## 2. How the Data is Collected
The data is collected only through your direct and voluntary actions inside the App.
Text prompts are collected when you type a design request or select design options. Photos are collected only when you choose to use the photo redesign feature and grant camera or photo library permission.
Camera permission is requested only so you can take a balcony or outdoor space photo for redesign. Photo library permission is requested only so you can select an image for redesign or save an AI-generated image to your device.
## 3. Why the App Uses This Data
The App uses your data only for app functionality, including:
- Generating AI balcony and outdoor space design concepts.
- Improving and structuring your design prompt for better visual results.
- Redesigning a selected or captured balcony photo based on your chosen style, materials, colors, and notes.
- Saving generated results locally in your in-app gallery.
- Allowing you to download, share, or delete generated images.
We do **not** use your text prompts, selected photos, or generated images for advertising, user profiling, tracking, or any unrelated secondary purpose.
## 4. Who the Data is Sent To
To provide the App’s AI-generation features, the App may transmit your submitted design content to the following third-party Artificial Intelligence service providers:
- **OpenAI:** Used to enhance, translate, or structurally format your typed design prompt for better balcony design accuracy.
- **Replicate / Black Forest Labs:** Used as the image generation and image-to-image redesign engine to create the final balcony visualization.
For text-only generation, your design prompt may be sent to OpenAI and Replicate / Black Forest Labs.
For photo redesign, your typed design instructions may be sent to OpenAI, and your selected or captured photo together with the enhanced prompt may be sent to Replicate / Black Forest Labs to generate the redesigned balcony image.
No personal identifiers such as your name, email address, phone number, contacts, or device advertising identifier are intentionally sent to these providers by the App. However, if you choose to upload a photo that visibly contains people, addresses, documents, license plates, or other personal information, that visible content may be included in the image sent for processing. You should avoid uploading photos that contain sensitive personal information.
## 5. Third-Party Data Protection
We require the third-party AI service providers used by the App to process submitted data securely and to provide privacy and security protections appropriate for the data they process.
These providers process your submitted prompts and selected photos only as needed to provide the AI-generation functionality requested by you. The App does not sell your data and does not share your data with advertising networks or data brokers.
## 6. User Permission and Consent
Before sending your design prompt or selected photo to third-party AI services, the App presents a clear AI Data Notice Consent Dialog. You must explicitly agree before your submitted content is transmitted for AI processing.
If you decline consent, your prompt or photo will not be sent, and the AI generation or photo redesign feature will not run.
You can also control camera and photo library permissions at any time through your device settings.
## 7. Photo Library and Camera Access
The App requests photo-related permissions only for user-requested features:
- **Camera Access:** Used only when you choose to take a new balcony or outdoor space photo for redesign.
- **Photo Library Access:** Used only when you choose an existing photo for redesign or when you choose to save an AI-generated image to your Photos library.
The App does not browse, scan, analyze, upload, or collect your entire photo library. Only the image you actively select or capture is used.
## 8. Data Retention and Security
Your submitted prompts and selected photos are processed by third-party AI providers for the purpose of generating your requested design. We do not maintain a permanent, identifiable database of your prompts or uploaded photos on our own servers.
Generated images and design history may be stored locally on your device. You can delete saved designs from the App’s gallery. If you delete the App, local history stored by the App is permanently removed from your device.
The App uses secure platform storage and standard transmission protections where applicable to help protect your data.
## 9. Tracking and Advertising
The App does not use your prompts, photos, generated images, or usage data to track you across apps or websites owned by other companies.
The App does not sell your personal data and does not use your submitted content for targeted advertising.
## 10. Children’s Privacy
The App is not intended to knowingly collect personal information from children. Users should not upload photos containing children or other sensitive personal information unless they have the legal right and consent to do so.
## 11. Your Choices and Control
You remain in control of the content you submit. You may:
- Choose not to enter a text prompt.
- Choose not to upload or capture a photo.
- Deny camera or photo library permission.
- Delete generated designs from the in-app gallery.
- Delete the App to remove locally stored app data from your device.
- Contact us with privacy-related questions or deletion requests.
