📜 GİZLİLİK POLİTİKASI (BaloonMath)

Bu Gizlilik Politikası, İsmail İrey tarafından oluşturulan "BaloonMath" mobil uygulaması (bundan sonra kısaca "Uygulama" olarak anılacaktır) için geçerlidir.

Uygulamamızın kullanıcı gizliliğine büyük önem verdiğini bilmenizi isteriz.

I. Toplanan Veri Türleri

Uygulama, bilinçli ve doğrudan hiçbir kişisel veri toplamaz.

A. Doğrudan Toplanmayan Kişisel Tanımlayıcı Bilgiler (PII)

Uygulama; kullanıcı tarafından girilen veya cihaza özgü aşağıdaki Kişisel Tanımlayıcı Bilgileri (PII) toplamaz, kaydetmez veya saklamaz:

  Coğrafi Konum (GPS)

• 
  Sosyal Medya Hesap Bilgileri

B. Platform Sağlayıcıları Tarafından Otomatik Toplanan Veriler (Anonim)

Uygulamanın düzgün çalışmasını sağlamak, hataları tespit etmek ve genel hizmet sunumunu analiz etmek amacıyla, platform sağlayıcıları (Google Play Store vb.) tarafından pasif olarak toplanan standart, anonim cihaz bilgileri mevcuttur. Bu veriler:

  Cihaz modeli ve ID'si (kimliği)

• 
  İşletim sistemi sürümü (örn: Android 13)

• 
  Uygulamanın çökme verileri (crash logs)

Kullanım Amacı: Bu veriler, Uygulama içinde tutulmaz; yalnızca Google Play Console gibi geliştirici panelleri üzerinden, Uygulamanın performansını takip etmek ve hataları toplu (agregasyon) olarak analiz etmek amacıyla tarafımızca incelenir. Bu veriler kişisel olarak tanımlanamaz.

II. Çocuk Gizliliği (COPPA ve 13 Yaş Altı)

Uygulamamız, 13 yaşın altındaki çocuklara yönelik olsa dahi, ABD'nin Çocukların Çevrimiçi Gizliliğini Koruma Yasası (COPPA) ile uyumlu olacak şekilde tasarlanmıştır.

  Uygulama, bilerek ve isteyerek 13 yaş altındaki çocuklardan Kişisel Tanımlayıcı Bilgi (PII) toplamaz.

• 
  Uygulama, bu politikada belirtildiği üzere reklam veya gelişmiş analiz araçları kullanmadığı için, ebeveyn izni olmaksızın çocuklardan veri toplanması mümkün değildir.

III. Üçüncü Taraf Hizmetler ve Veri Paylaşımı

Uygulama, üçüncü taraf reklam ağları (AdMob, Unity Ads vb.) veya gelişmiş analiz hizmetleri (Firebase, Google Analytics vb.) kullanmaz. Uygulama ile ilgili herhangi bir Kişisel Veri, üçüncü taraflarla paylaşılmaz veya satılmaz.

  Uygulama içi satın alma işlemleri varsa, bu işlemler tamamen Google Play/Apple App Store ödeme sistemleri üzerinden gerçekleşir ve ödeme bilgileri geliştirici tarafından asla toplanmaz veya işlenmez.

IV. AB ve Kaliforniya Kullanıcıları İçin Haklar (GDPR & CCPA/CPRA)

Uygulama, global kullanıcılara sunulduğu için, Avrupa Birliği Genel Veri Koruma Yönetmeliği (GDPR) ve Kaliforniya Tüketici Gizliliği Yasası'na (CCPA/CPRA) saygı duyar.

  Veri İşleme Durumu: Uygulama Kişisel Veri toplamadığı için, bu yasalarda tanımlanan "İşleme" faaliyeti fiilen gerçekleşmemektedir.

• 
  Haklar: Kullanıcılar (AB ve Kaliforniya sakinleri dahil), veri silme, erişim ve düzeltme gibi haklarını kullanma talebinde bulunabilirler; ancak Uygulama, toplanmış ve tutulmuş bir kişisel veri olmadığı için bu talepleri yerine getirecek bir veriye sahip değildir.

📜 PRIVACY POLICY (BaloonMath)

This Privacy Policy applies to the "BaloonMath" mobile application (hereinafter referred to as the "App"), created by İsmail İrey.

We want you to know that the App places great importance on user privacy.

I. Types of Data Collected

The App consciously and directly does not collect any personal data.

A. Personally Identifiable Information Not Directly Collected (PII)

The App does not collect, record, or store the following Personally Identifiable Information (PII), which is either entered by the user or is device-specific:

  Name, Surname, Email address, Phone Number

• 
  Geographic Location (GPS)

• 
  Social Media Account Information

B. Automatically Collected Data by Platform Providers (Anonymous)

For the purpose of ensuring the App functions correctly, detecting errors, and analyzing general service delivery, standard, anonymous device information is passively collected by platform providers (e.g., Google Play Store). This data includes:

  Device model and ID

• 
  Operating system version (e.g., Android 13)

• 
  App crash data (crash logs)

Purpose of Use: This data is not held within the App; it is only reviewed by us through developer consoles like the Google Play Console, for the purpose of monitoring App performance and analyzing errors in an aggregated manner. This data is not personally identifiable.

II. Children's Privacy (COPPA and Under 13)

Although our App may be directed at children under the age of 13, it is designed to comply with the U.S. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).

  The App does not knowingly collect Personally Identifiable Information (PII) from children under the age of 13.

• 
  Since the App does not use advertising or advanced analytics tools, as specified in this policy, the collection of data from children without parental consent is not possible.

III. Third-Party Services and Data Sharing

The App does not use third-party advertising networks (AdMob, Unity Ads, etc.) or advanced analytics services (Firebase, Google Analytics, etc.). No Personal Data related to the App is shared or sold to third parties.

  If in-app purchases are available, these transactions are conducted entirely through the Google Play/Apple App Store payment systems, and payment information is never collected or processed by the developer.

IV. Rights for EU and California Users (GDPR & CCPA/CPRA)

Since the App is offered to global users, it respects the European Union's General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA).

  Data Processing Status: Since the App does not collect Personal Data, the "Processing" activity defined in these laws is not actually taking place.

• 
  Rights: Users (including residents of the EU and California) may make requests to exercise their rights to deletion, access, and correction; however, the App does not hold any collected and stored personal data to fulfill these requests.
