Thank you for playing BaloonaPOP ("we", "us", or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our mobile application (the "App").

BaloonaPOP is designed to be fun and respect your privacy. We do not directly collect, store, or share personally identifiable information (such as your name, address, or email) on our servers.
However, the App uses third-party services that may collect information used to identify you, primarily for advertising and analytics purposes (e.g., Device IDs, IP addresses, and usage data).
2. Third-Party Services
We use Google AdMob to display advertisements in the App (unless you have purchased the Premium Upgrade). AdMob may use cookies, device identifiers, and other technologies to collect data and provide personalized ads. 3. User-Generated Content (Level Creator)
BaloonaPOP includes a "Level Creator" feature that allows players to design, save, and share their own custom levels.
By submitting, sharing, or uploading a custom level through the App, you explicitly agree to the following:
Grant of Rights: You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, and irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and distribute your created level globally within the App or related promotional materials.
No Copyright Claims: You acknowledge and agree that you hold no copyright, ownership rights, or right to financial compensation over any level you create and share with us. We reserve the right to include your levels in the global levels database for all players to enjoy at our sole discretion.
4. In-App Purchases
BaloonaPOP offers in-app purchases (such as the Premium Upgrade). All payments are processed securely through Google Play Billing. We do not have access to, nor do we store, your credit card or payment information.
5. Children's Privacy
Our App is intended for a general audience. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we will be able to take the necessary actions.
6. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We advise you to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. These changes are effective immediately after they are posted.
