We may collect or store the following information when you use the app:
Account information, such as your account identifier, display name, and email address when you sign in with Google, Apple, or another supported sign-in provider.
Player profile and game progress, such as coins, gems, levels, unlocked items, equipped balls or buckets, achievements, daily rewards, settings, and similar gameplay data.
User-generated content, such as custom pixel monsters, monster names, and content you choose to publish to the online gallery or leaderboard.
Support information, such as your email address and any message content if you contact us for help.
Information collected automatically
The app and third-party services used by the app may automatically collect:
Device and app information, such as device model, operating system, app version, language, and general diagnostics.
Gameplay and usage events, such as screen views, game starts, game results, purchases, ad interactions, and feature usage.
Advertising-related information, such as advertising identifiers, IP address, ad interactions, and approximate technical information used to provide, measure, and improve ads.
Purchase-related information, such as product identifiers, purchase status, and entitlement status. We do not collect or store your payment card details.
2. How We Use Information
We use information to:
Provide and operate the game.
Save and restore your game progress.
Enable sign-in, online gallery features, leaderboards, and account-related features.
Process in-app purchases and restore purchased items, including Remove Ads.
Show ads, measure ad performance, prevent ad fraud, and support the free version of the app.
Analyze app performance and improve gameplay, balance, stability, and user experience.
Detect, prevent, and respond to abuse, cheating, fraud, security issues, or technical problems.
Respond to support requests and communicate with you when necessary.
Comply with legal, regulatory, and platform requirements.
3. In-App Purchases
Ball Break offers in-app purchases, including virtual currency packs and a Remove Ads entitlement.
Purchases on Android are processed through Google Play Billing. Google processes payment information according to Google's own policies. We receive purchase status and product information needed to deliver purchased content, but we do not receive or store your full payment card details.
Consumable purchases, such as coin or gem packs, may be consumed after delivery. Non-consumable purchases, such as Remove Ads, may be restored where supported.
4. Advertising
Ball Break uses Google AdMob to display ads. AdMob and the Google Mobile Ads SDK may collect and share certain information, including IP address, app interactions, diagnostic information, device identifiers, and advertising identifiers, for purposes such as advertising, analytics, and fraud prevention.
You can limit or reset advertising identifiers through your device settings where supported. If you purchase or enable Remove Ads, third-party banner and interstitial ads are not shown in the app, but some purchase, analytics, security, or diagnostic information may still be processed as needed to operate the app.
5. Analytics and Firebase Services
Ball Break uses Firebase services, including Firebase Authentication, Firebase Analytics, Firebase Remote Config, and Firebase/Firestore-backed online features.
These services may process account identifiers, app events, device information, diagnostics, gameplay progress, published content, and other information necessary to provide authentication, online features, analytics, configuration, fraud prevention, and app stability.
6. User-Generated Content and Public Features
If you publish a custom monster, submit a score, or participate in leaderboard or online gallery features, the content and display information you submit may become visible to other users. This may include your chosen display name, published monster content, score, solve time, and related gameplay information.
Do not submit content that contains personal, sensitive, illegal, harmful, or offensive information. We may remove or restrict content that violates our rules, platform policies, or applicable law.
7. Sharing of Information
We do not sell your personal information.
We may share information in the following situations:
With service providers that help us operate the app, including Google/Firebase, Google AdMob, Google Play Billing, authentication providers, analytics providers, hosting providers, and similar technical service providers.
With other users when you choose to publish content or appear on public leaderboards or online gallery features.
For legal, safety, or security reasons, including to comply with law, enforce our rights, prevent fraud or abuse, or protect users and the app.
In connection with a business transfer, such as a merger, acquisition, restructuring, or sale of assets, if applicable.
Third-party services process information according to their own privacy policies and terms.
8. Data Retention
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including providing the app, maintaining your progress, restoring purchases, supporting online features, complying with legal obligations, resolving disputes, and enforcing agreements.
Local game data may remain on your device until you delete the app, clear app data, or reset progress. Account-linked or published data may remain on our backend until it is deleted, removed, or no longer needed.
9. Your Choices and Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal information.
You can:
Play without signing in, where supported by the app.
Sign out of your account from the app settings, where available.
Avoid publishing custom content if you do not want it to be visible to others.
Manage ad personalization and advertising identifiers in your device or Google settings.

10. Data Security

Ball Break is not intended to knowingly collect personal information from children under the age required by applicable law without appropriate consent.
