Our watch face application does not collect, store, or transmit any personally identifiable information from your device. We do not require registration, login, or access to your contacts, messages, or location. 

2. Permissions

If our watch face displays health or activity data (e.g., steps, heart rate, battery level), it requests access only to the necessary sensors. This data is processed locally on your Wear OS device to update the display and is not transmitted or shared with us. 

3. Data Security

Since no personal data is collected or stored, no user data is retained. We value your trust in using our applications and strive to use commercially acceptable means of protecting information. 

4. Third-Party Services

We may use Google Play Services for app distribution and to monitor for app crashes. This may involve the collection of anonymous, non-personal diagnostic data, as outlined in Google's Privacy Policy. 

5. Log Data

In the event of an app error or crash, information may be collected through third-party tools, including:

• Internet Protocol (IP) address

• Device name

• Operating system version

• Date and time of use

• App configuration

This information is used strictly for diagnostics and improving app performance.

6. Children’s Privacy

BALLOZI Watch Faces applications are not directed to children under the age of 13.

We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children. If we become aware that a child has provided personal information, we will immediately remove such information from our systems.
