Once that is completed, I will confirm availability for your date/time/location.
After availability has been confirmed, there are a few options to move forward.
Option 1 • Dates book up quickly, so if you would like to secure your date there is a $200 retainer, which is applied to your invoice total once we finalize the design. This retainers secure your spot and also allows for the design process to begin. From here, I will either begin making mock-ups, OR if you want to grant total creative control, I will just use your budget to its fullest potential to knock your socks off the day of!
Option 2 • If you aren't totally sure you want to proceed but want to see some options within your budget, A non-refundable $40 design fee will initiate the mock-up process. This will be applied to your invoice total once the design is finalized.
We are presently located in Hudson, Fl, near Bayonet Point Hospital, but will be relocating to Tarpon Springs by Fall 2023.
We service all over the Tampa Bay Area, but the primary counties we service are Hernando, Pasco, Pinellas, and Hillsborough.

Delivery is available for a mileage-based fee, or you're welcome to pickup the day before/of the event for no additional charge. (Near Anderson Park in Tarpon Springs)

The better question to ask is what services do we not provide? (the short answer is food, desserts, and bounce houses - but I have referrals for those! 😉)
As a former wedding planner and owner of a custom party-decor shop on Etsy and Facebook, I can do it all!

I do, but I prefer not to due to helium shortages and rising costs. Instead, I offer helium-free alternatives that look just as fun, but without frivolous usage of a limited resource.
The long version - We are in a major helium shortage, and it is projected that helium reserves may run out within the next 25-30 years if consumption does not change. Helium is a critical component in many fields, including scientific research, medical technology, high-tech manufacturing, space exploration, and national defense, so I have some alternative air-filled options.

Yes! I love creating mock-ups to ensure the design plan matches your vision.
Mock-ups will be provided at no-charge after your date retainer is placed for no charge, or if you aren't ready to commit to your date with me, but would like to see some ideas, mock-ups are available for $25 per mock-up, with 2 free revisions.
For your convenience I offer a few payment options:
50% date retainer, balance due 1 week prior to event date.
$200 date retainer, balance due 2 weeks prior to event date.
$200 date retainer, 50% of balance due 1 month prior, balance due 1 week prior to event date.

For events booked 5 months (or more) in advance
A $100 retainer secures your date. 50% is due one month prior to event, and balance Is due 2 weeks from event date.
Because I take a limited number of orders per week, it's best to lock in your date as SOON as you know it!
It's okay if you don't know details such as colors, themes or location -- those details can be worked out as the event gets closer, but no less than 10 days prior to your event date to prevent a rush fee.
To secure your date, you have several payment schedules available.
I love making miracles happen, but please note that orders placed less than 1 week from event date will incur a 30% miracle fee, as well as a rush order on balloons if colors are not in stock. Thank you for understanding.
