Effective date: 15 July 2026 Last updated: 15 July 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Rony Yacoby ("we," "us," or "our") handles data in connection with the mobile game BallonzyDX Reloded (the "Game") on Android and iOS.
We have designed the Game to be safe for players of all ages, including children. You do not need to create an account, sign in, or give us any personal details to play. We do not collect personal data ourselves. The only data processing that happens is the limited, technical processing that our advertising provider (Google AdMob) needs in order to show non-personalized, family-safe ads and to keep the Game working.
We do not collect personal information from you directly.
The Game has no accounts, logins, names, or email requirements.
Your game progress (high scores, difficulty, settings) is stored only on your device.
The Game shows ads through Google AdMob. These ads are configured as non-personalized and family-safe, and are not based on tracking your behavior or advertising identifier.
We treat all players as if they may be children and apply child-appropriate ad settings to everyone.
To serve even non-personalized ads, Google processes some limited technical data (such as IP address and general device information). Under data-protection laws this can count as personal data, so we describe it honestly below rather than claiming no data is ever processed.
The data controller for the Game is:
Rony Yacoby Email: rony.yacoby30@gmail.com
For the limited advertising data described below, Google acts as an independent controller and/or processor under its own policies.
We do not ask for or collect any personal information such as your name, email address, phone number, or account credentials. The Game has no login or registration.
The Game saves your progress locally on your device, including high scores, selected difficulty, and in-game settings. This data stays on your device, is not transmitted to us, and is removed if you uninstall the Game.
The Game displays ads served by Google AdMob, a service provided by Google. To serve ads and measure basic ad delivery (for example counting impressions or capping how often the same ad appears), Google's advertising systems process limited technical information such as IP address, general (non-precise) device information, and other non-identifying signals. Some of this may be considered personal data under laws such as the GDPR, even though it does not identify you by name and we never see it in a form that identifies you.
Because the Game is intended for all ages, advertising is configured to be non-personalized and child-directed / family-safe. This means:
Ads are limited to a family-appropriate content rating (G).
Ads are not personalized based on user behavior.
The Game does not use your device's advertising identifier for ad tracking or profiling.
Google may still process limited data as needed to serve non-personalized ads, combat fraud and abuse, and comply with legal obligations. For details, see Google's policies:
Google Privacy Policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy
How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services: https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites
Because we do not collect personal information ourselves, we do not use it for our own purposes. The limited technical processing described above exists only to:
Display advertisements within the Game.
Keep the Game functioning correctly on your device.
Store your progress and preferences locally on your device.
We do not sell your information. We do not build advertising profiles about you.
The Game uses Google AdMob to display ads, and shows only non-personalized, family-safe ads to all users.
Because we treat every player as potentially a child, we tag ad requests as child-directed (and, where applicable, as coming from a user under the age of consent). As a result, Google does not serve personalized ads and does not use advertising identifiers for tracking, regardless of consent signals.
Where a consent or privacy message is legally required for non-personalized ads (for example due to the ePrivacy rules on device storage in the EEA, the UK, and Switzerland), the Game presents the appropriate message using Google's certified consent tooling (the User Messaging Platform). Depending on your region and the app's configuration, you may or may not see a consent prompt; a prompt is not shown where the law does not require one for the data actually used.
Users in the EEA, the UK, and Switzerland: We serve non-personalized, family-safe ads and present a privacy/consent message where required, using Google's User Messaging Platform, consistent with the GDPR and ePrivacy rules.
Users in the United States: Where applicable, we honor privacy choices consistent with U.S. state privacy laws and children's privacy law (COPPA).
You can review and, where available, change your ad-related privacy choices through the privacy options in the Game (where offered in your region) and through Google's settings linked above.
The Game is designed to be safe for children, and we treat all users as if they may be children.
We comply with applicable children's privacy laws, including the U.S. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and, in Europe, the child-protection provisions of the GDPR (Article 8). Note that under the GDPR the "digital age of consent" varies by country (between 13 and 16 depending on the member state).
Consistent with these protections:
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children (or from anyone).
We apply child-appropriate, non-personalized advertising settings to every user.
We do not use advertising identifiers to track children or any other users.
If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has somehow provided personal information, please contact us at rony.yacoby30@gmail.com and we will address it promptly.
We do not hold personal information about you on our servers. Progress and settings stored locally on your device remain until you delete them or uninstall the Game. Any limited technical data processed for advertising is retained by Google according to Google's own policies, not by us.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights over personal data, such as the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict it, to object to certain processing, or to data portability. Because we do not collect or store personal information about you ourselves, most such requests relate to data processed by Google as our advertising provider — Google's policies (linked above) explain how to exercise those choices.
If you are in the EEA, the UK, or Switzerland, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection supervisory authority.
If you have any questions or wish to make a request, contact us at rony.yacoby30@gmail.com.
We rely on the security measures of the platforms and services we use (such as the Apple App Store, Google Play, and Google AdMob). Because the Game does not collect or transmit personal information to us, the risk associated with our handling of your data is minimal.
The Game uses the following third-party service, which has its own privacy policy:
Google AdMob (advertising) — https://policies.google.com/privacy
We encourage you to review Google's policy to understand how it processes data.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" and, where relevant, the "Effective date" at the top of this page. Significant changes may also be communicated within the Game or the app store listing. Your continued use of the Game after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
If you have any questions about this Privacy Policy or the Game's privacy practices, please contact:
Rony Yacoby Email: rony.yacoby30@gmail.com
This policy applies only to BallonzyDX Reloded and not to any other app or website.
