• The Victorian State Government has issued a directive that all non-essential businesses must not operate from Midday 23rd March until at least Midnight 13 April

• Included in the definition of non-essential business are "place of worship, other than for the purposes of a wedding or funeral"
• The duration of the ban may need to be extended as the extent of the COVID-19 situation develops
