This Privacy Policy describes how the BalaTale application (hereinafter referred to as the "App"), developed by Rudnowski, collects, uses, and protects user information.

To ensure the operation of personalized fairy tale functions, the App may request the following data:

• Child Profile Information: Name, age, and preferences (used exclusively for generating fairy tale text and are not shared with third parties for advertising purposes).

• Account Data: When using Google Sign-In, we receive your email address and name to synchronize purchases and settings.

• Images: The App may request access to the camera or gallery to create a character avatar. Photos are processed to generate illustrations and may be temporarily stored in secure cloud storage.

2. Automatic Data Collection (Third Party Services)

The App uses third-party services that may collect information used to identify you:

• Google Play Services: To ensure the operation of the Android platform.

• Firebase Analytics: To analyze app usage and improve its functions.

• Firebase Crashlytics: To collect error reports and ensure stability.

3. Payment Processing

The App offers In-App Purchases. All transactions are processed through the Google Play payment system. We do not collect or store your bank card details.

4. Children's Privacy (COPPA / GDPR)

BalaTale is created for children and their parents.

We knowingly do not collect personal data of children without parental participation. Data (child's name) entered to create a fairy tale is used as technical parameters for AI models and is not saved in marketing databases.

Parents can request the deletion of all data associated with the profile at any time.

5. Security

We apply commercially reasonable methods to protect your data. However, remember that no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure.
