1. Introduction
As ("Hsn Softs" or "we"), we are a technology company operating in the field of mobile application design. With this Privacy Policy, we aim to transparently explain the conditions under which we will process, store, share, and use your personal data that we process in the countries where we operate. Your privacy and the security of your personal data are, and will continue to be, very important to us. If there is a reference to "personal data" in this Privacy Policy, personal data means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person.
This Privacy Policy will apply to Hsn Softs mobile applications, websites, forums, and all kinds of blogs, and to all services provided by Hsn Softs online or offline, and from time to time, it will also apply to our promotional and advertising activities conducted through all platforms and provided to you. 2. How Do We Obtain Your Personal Data?
We obtain your personal data directly from you or from third-party companies (promotional platforms that have obtained your consent, our business partners related to promotional activities) that have the right to transfer your personal data to us, based on your consent or another legal reason. This may include data about you, other services you have used, other applications you use, and general location information. We will use your personal data as specified in this Privacy Policy.
2.1 Personal Data Obtained Directly From You
When you download our mobile application, access our application, or use our other Services, Hsn Softs processes your personal data to provide those services to you. The majority of this data comes from you or your device, and includes your name, email address, birthday, the application's version code and name, applications installed on the application, device number, your device's operating system, internet connection information, user information, country code, version, model, brand, screen properties, manufacturer, charge level, CPU, RAM and disk volume, hardware type, promotion number, your operating system model, your device's name, application center number, and location-based IP. We use this information to enable you to use our application and to perform the Services for you, and to increase in-app efficiency, customize our offers, and confirm purchases. Some of our Services include a messaging feature. Our users can send messages to other users via chat services, and the relevant messages are used and stored by us for the reasons listed in this article: (a) to transmit the messages; (b) to allow you and the recipient to see the message history (the content of the relevant in-app messages will be deleted within 3 months from the last transaction date and will not be viewable). We reserve the right to view the content of messages through automatic filters. We also want to state that we have the right to prevent you from sending messages or using the chat service in order to enforce our terms of service.
Analytics and Review Activities
We want to state that we use analytical tools, including those belonging to third parties, to obtain information from you about how you use our application and the use of the Services, and that these tools contain cookies or similar tracking technologies. We use this data for research and measurement purposes.
Fraud and Crime Prevention
We may use your personal data for the prevention of fraud and crime. We also want to state that your personal data may be used for the investigation of crime by transferring your personal data to competent authorities for the prevention of these acts.

Downloading Our Mobile Application via App Store and Google Store
When you download our mobile applications or purchase any product subject to a sales transaction (those you can download via the App Store or Google Store), Hsn Softs will not be able to access your credit card or bank account information. However, third-party payment method service providers may share non-financial information regarding your purchases with us.
3. Purposes of Processing Your Personal Data
We obtain and process your personal data for the following purposes:

4. Promotion
We and our third-party partners may collect your personal data for the purpose of sending correspondence for promotional purposes. For example, we may include promotional materials for third parties' websites or applications within our Services.
We may use the personal data we hold about you to promote Hsn Softs's Services in the following ways:

Our promotional business partners may provide interest-based advertising services that will attract your attention by considering the personal data obtained from you. If our promotional business partners determine that you want to see advertisements related to Hsn Softs applications or Services, you may be shown an Hsn Softs advertisement while using other websites or services.
If you do not want your relevant personal data to be processed through interest-based advertising, you can submit an opt-out request by notifying us at privacy@hsnsofts.com. If you opt-out of receiving interest-based advertising, you may continue to receive advertisements for Hsn Softs products and Services. However, these advertisements will not have been provided to you through the use of your personal data.
If you approve this Privacy Policy and download or continue to use the Application, and in any case, if you have not opted out of receiving interest-based advertising as stated in this article, your personal data will be used by our promotional business partners to develop advertisements and reach target individuals.

We may send you notifications at any moment about updates to our application, high scores, and other topics that may interest you. You can choose not to receive such communications at any time by changing the settings on your mobile device.
7. Children
You must be over 13 years of age to use our Services and Website. Although we do not knowingly and willingly obtain personal data from those under 13, we may obtain personal data from these individuals if they use the Services in a manner contrary to this Privacy Policy. If you believe that we have obtained any personal data from individuals under 13 (or, according to the legislation applicable in some countries and/or regions in the European Union, from individuals under 16), please contact us through the Contact Us section.
8. Sharing of Your Personal Data
As we have detailed in this Privacy Policy, we may share your personal data specified in this Privacy Policy within the scope of our Services (to provide the Services through our third-party service providers, to fulfill our legal obligations, to protect our rights and ownership).
Service Providers. We may share your personal data with our service providers. Our service providers (data processors) are individuals who (i) provide technical support and similar services to us; (ii) provide information and services requested by you; (iii) offer customer support services; (iv) provide services for the development and improvement of the Services regarding analytics and search engine activities, and (v) provide all kinds of technical support for our Services. Hsn Softs has entered into agreements with the relevant service providers, in accordance with the relevant legal requirements, which include prohibitions on the use or sharing of your personal data for purposes other than the provision of the relevant service.
Shares Made for the Protection of the Rights of You, Us, and Other Persons (Requirement of Legislative Provision and Similar Shares). If any of the following exist, we may access your personal data and share it along with your other account information and content with your personal data. We may do this if (i) it has been requested from us pursuant to a court order or similar process within the scope of any legal process; (ii) to fulfill your requests; (iii) to establish or protect your and our rights; (iv) to be able to enforce Hsn Softs policies and agreements; (v) to be able to collect amounts owed to Hsn Softs; (vi) to be able to prevent physical harm or financial loss or in relation to the investigation of any unlawful act.
In addition, server logs are reviewed from time to time for security reasons (for example, to detect unauthorized activities on the Services). In these cases, server log data containing the IP address may be shared with the competent authorities to conduct the relevant investigation and to identify the unauthorized person.
Sale of Assets and Change of Control. In the event of a sale of Hsn Softs's assets or a corporate restructuring, or if a change of control occurs in the shareholding structure of Hsn Softs, the third party purchasing or taking transfer of the relevant assets of Hsn Softs will have the right to continue to use the personal data and other information.
9. International Transfer
Personal data obtained or maintained by Hsn Softs may be stored in the cloud, on our servers, or on the servers of our service providers anywhere in the world, including within the borders of the Republic of Turkey, the United States of America, and the European Union. If you are using the Services within the European Union or another country that has legislative provisions regarding the processing of personal data, you agree to the transfer of your personal data to the Republic of Turkey and the United States of America and to the international processing of your personal data.
By choosing to visit the Website or by using our Services or by otherwise providing data to us, you agree that in case of any dispute regarding the provisions of this Privacy Policy, the dispute will be resolved according to the laws of the Republic of Turkey and the competent court will be the competent court specified under the Terms of Service.

The personal information you provide to us is stored on servers located in secure facilities and is protected within the framework of protocols and procedures designed to ensure the security of such information in accordance with industry standards, such as firewalls and data encryption. However, no server, computer, communication network or system, or data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. Therefore, although Hsn Softs takes all kinds of technical measures to protect user information and makes great efforts to ensure information security, we cannot absolutely guarantee the security of the information you transmit to us or share via the Services.
When you use the Services, you agree that we may communicate with you electronically regarding security, privacy, and administrative issues related to your use of the Services. If we learn of a security system's breach, we may notify you by posting a notice on the Services or by sending you an email.
11. Legal Basis (For Users in the European Economic Area)
If you are a natural person located in the European Economic Area, we obtain and process your personal data only if there is a legal basis under EU legislation. The relevant legal bases are as follows:

We would like to state that we will retain your personal data as long as your account within the application is active or as long as we need to provide the Services. 13. Membership and Premium
HSN Softs reserves the right to delete, ban, block, and apply different sanctions to accounts, memberships, and premium memberships where it detects unusual transactions.
14. Changes to the Privacy Policy
We would like to state that we may change this Privacy Policy from time to time and that we will publish the updated Privacy Policy on this page. The new updated policy will be effective from the date it is published by us.
15. What kind of information do we collect?

Things you and others do and information you provide.
Information and content you provide. We collect the content, messages, and other information you provide when you use our Products, including when you create an account, create or share content, and message or communicate with others. This may include information in or about the content you provide (like HSN SOFTS data), such as the location where a photo was taken or the date a file was created. It also includes what you see through the features we offer. This way, for example, we can suggest masks or filters you might like when you use our camera or give tips on using camera formats. Our systems automatically process the content and messages provided by you and others to analyze the context and content of said content and messages for the following purposes. Data subject to special protections: You may choose to share information about your religious beliefs, political views, who you are "interested in," or your health in your HSN SOFTS profile fields or your Highlights. Networks and connections. We collect information about the people, accounts, hashtags, and HSN SOFTS groups and Pages you are connected to and how you interact with them through our Products, such as the people you communicate with the most or the groups you are a member of. In addition, we also collect contact information that you choose to upload, sync, or import from a device (e.g., an address book, call logs, SMS log history) and use this information to help you and others find people you may know and for the other purposes stated below.
Your usage. We collect data about how you use our Products, such as the types of content you view or interact with; the features you use; the actions you take; the people or accounts you interact with; and the time, frequency, and duration of your activities. For example, we record that you are using our Products and when you last used them, and which posts, videos, and other content you have viewed on our Products. We also collect information about how you use features like our camera.
Information about financial transactions performed on our Products. If you use our Products to make purchases or other financial transactions (like buying something in a game or making a donation), we collect information about that purchase or transaction. The data we collect in this context includes payment information such as a credit or debit card number or other card information, other account and authentication information, and billing, shipping, and contact information.
Things others do and information they provide about you. We also collect and analyze the content, messages, and information that others provide when they use our Products. The data we collect in this context also includes information about you when others share a photo of you, comment on your photo, send you a message, or upload, sync, or import your contact information.
Device Information
We collect information from and about the computers, phones, connected TVs, and other web-connected devices you use that integrate with our Products, as described below, and we combine this information from the different devices you use. For example, we use the information we collect about how you use our Products on your phone to better personalize the content (including ads) or features you see when you use our Products on other devices, like your laptop or tablet, or to measure whether you took an action on a different device after an ad we showed you on your phone.
We obtain various information from these devices, including the following:
Device attributes: Information such as the operating system, hardware and software versions, battery level, signal strength, available storage space, browser type, app and file names and types, and plugins.
Device operations: Information about operations and behaviors performed on the device, such as whether a window is in the foreground or background, or mouse movements (which can help distinguish humans from bots).
Identifiers: Unique identifiers for the games, apps, or accounts you use, device IDs, and other identifiers, and Family Device IDs (or other identifiers specific to HSN SOFTS Company Products associated with the same device or account).
Device signals: Bluetooth signals and information about nearby Wi-Fi access points, beacons, and cell towers.
Data from device settings: Information you allow us to receive through device settings you enable, such as access to your GPS location, camera, or photos.
Network and connections: Information such as the name of your mobile operator or ISP, language, time zone, mobile phone number, IP address, and connection speed, and in some cases, information about other devices nearby or on your network, so we can do things like help you stream a video from your phone to your TV.

Information from partners.
Advertisers, app developers, and publishers can send us information through the HSN SOFTS Business Tools they use, such as our social plugins (like the Like button), HSN SOFTS Login, our APIs and SDKs, or the HSN SOFTS pixel. These partners provide us with information about your activities off our Products, such as the device you use, websites you visit, purchases you make, ads you see, and how you use their services, regardless of whether you have an account on our Products or are logged in. For example, a game developer can use our API to tell us what games you play, or a business can tell us what products you purchase in their store. We also receive information about your online and offline activities and purchases you make from third-party providers who have the right to send us your information.
Partners receive your data when you visit or use their services, or through third parties they work with. In addition, we can provide you with a more streamlined experience by automatically filling in information registered in one HSN SOFTS Product (like your phone number) when you create an account on a different Product.

Your information is shared with others in the following ways:
Sharing on HSN SOFTS Products
People and accounts you share and communicate with
When you share and communicate using our Products, you choose the audience for what you share. For example, when you share something on HSN SOFTS, you choose an audience for your post. You can share your post with a group, all your friends, publicly, or with a custom list of people. Likewise, when you use Messenger or HSN SOFTS to communicate with people or businesses, those people and businesses can see the content you send. People in your network can also see your actions on our Products, including your interactions with ads and sponsored content. In addition, accounts that publish HSN SOFTS or HSN SOFTS Stories can see who has viewed their stories.
Public information can be seen by anyone, on or off our Products, including if they don't have an account. This includes your HSN SOFTS username; any information you share with a public audience; information in your public profile on HSN SOFTS; and content you share on an HSN SOFTS Page, public HSN SOFTS account, or any other public forum, like HSN SOFTS Marketplace. You, other people using HSN SOFTS and HSN SOFTS, and we can send public information to anyone on or off our Products, including in other HSN SOFTS Company Products, in search results, or through tools and APIs. Public information can also be seen, accessed, reshared, or downloaded through third-party services such as search engines, APIs, and offline media like TV, and by apps, websites, and other services that integrate with our Products.

Content others share or reshare about you
Be mindful of who you share your content with. People who can see your activity on our Products can choose to share it with others on and off our Products. In this case, people and businesses outside the audience you chose when you shared can see your content. For example, even if you share a post or message with specific people, those people could download, screenshot, or reshare that content with others across or off our Products, in person or in virtual reality experiences like Horizon Worlds. Also, when you comment on someone else's post or react to their content, your comment or reaction is visible to anyone who can see that person's content, and the post's audience can be changed later by that person.
People can also use our Products to create and share content about you with the audience they choose. For example, people can share a photo of you in their Story, mention you in a geo-tagged post, or tag you at a location, or share information about you in their posts or messages. If you are uncomfortable with content that people have shared about you on our Products, learn how to report content.
Information about your active status or presence on our Products.
People in your networks can see signals telling them you're active on our Products, including whether you're currently active on HSN SOFTS, Messenger, or HSN SOFTS, or when you last used our Products.
Apps, websites, and third-party integrations on or using our Products.
When you choose to use third-party apps, websites, or other services that use, or are integrated with, our Products, they can receive information about what you share. For example, when you play a game with your friends on HSN SOFTS or use an HSN SOFTS Comment or Share button on a website, the game developer or website can collect information about your activities in the game or receive a comment or link from that website that you share on HSN SOFTS. Also, when you download or use such third-party services, they can access your public profile on HSN SOFTS, and any information you share with them. Apps and websites you use may receive your list of HSN SOFTS friends if you choose to share it with them. However, the apps and websites you use will not be able to receive any other information about your HSN SOFTS friends or any of your HSN SOFTS followers from you (although your friends and followers may, of course, choose to share this information themselves). Information collected by these third-party services is subject to their own terms and policies, not these terms and policies.
Devices and operating systems providing platform-specific versions of HSN SOFTS and HSN SOFTS (in other words, where our first-party apps have not been developed by us) will have access to all the information you choose to share with them, including information that friends have shared with you, so they can provide our core functionality to you.
Note: We are further restricting developers' data access to prevent abuse. For example, we are removing developers' access to your HSN SOFTS and HSN SOFTS data if you haven't used their app in 3 months. In the next version of our Login feature, which we are changing, we are also reducing the data that an app can request without app review to include only your name, HSN SOFTS username and bio, profile photo, and email address. Requesting any other data will require our approval.
New owner.
If the ownership or control of all or part of our Products or their assets changes, we may transfer your information to the new owner.
Sharing with Third-Party Partners
We work with third-party partners who help us provide and improve our Products or who use HSN SOFTS Business Tools to grow their businesses, which makes it possible to operate our companies and provide free services to people around the world. We don't sell any of your information to anyone, and we never will. We also impose strict restrictions on how our partners can use and disclose the data we provide. We may share information with the following third parties:
Partners who use our analytics services.
We provide aggregated statistics to help people and businesses understand how people are engaging with their posts, listings, HSN SOFTS Pages, videos, and other content on and off the HSN SOFTS Products. For example, HSN SOFTS Page admins and HSN SOFTS business profiles receive information about the number of people or accounts who viewed, reacted to, or commented on their posts, as well as aggregate demographic and other information that helps them understand interactions with their account or HSN SOFTS Page.
Advertisers.
Advertisers receive reports about the kinds of people seeing their ads and how their ads are performing, but we don't share information that personally identifies you (information like your name or email address that by itself can be used to contact you or identifies who you are) unless you give us permission. For example, we provide advertisers with general demographic and interest information (for example, that an ad was seen by a woman between the ages of 25 and 34 who lives in Ankara and likes software engineering) to help them better understand their audience. We can also confirm which ads led you to make a purchase from or take an action with an advertiser.
Measurement partners.
We may share information about you with data companies that aggregate it to provide analytics and measurement reports to our partners.
Partners offering goods and services in our Products.
When you subscribe to receive paid content, or buy something from a seller in our Products, the content creator or seller can receive your public information, other information you share with them, and other information necessary to complete the transaction, including shipping and contact details.
Vendors and service providers.
We provide information and content to vendors and service providers who support our business, such as by providing technical infrastructure services, analyzing how our Products are used, providing customer service, facilitating payments, or conducting surveys.
Researchers and academics.
We also provide information and content to research partners and academics to conduct research that advances scholarship and innovation that supports our business or mission, and enhances discovery and innovation on topics of general social welfare, technological advancement, public interest, health, and well-being.
Law enforcement or legal requests.
We share information with law enforcement or in response to legal requests in the circumstances outlined below.

18. How do the HSN SOFTS Companies work together?
HSN SOFTS and HSN SOFTS share infrastructure, systems, and technology with other HSN SOFTS Companies to provide an innovative, relevant, consistent, and safe experience across all HSN SOFTS Company Products you use. We also process information about you across the HSN SOFTS Companies for these purposes, as permitted by applicable law and in accordance with their terms and policies. For example, we process information from HSN SOFTS about accounts sending spam on its service so we can take appropriate action against those accounts on HSN SOFTS, HSN SOFTS, or Messenger. We also work to understand how people use and interact with HSN SOFTS Company Products, such as to determine the number of unique users on different HSN SOFTS Company Products.
19. How can I manage or delete information about me?
We provide you with the ability to access, rectify, port, and erase your data. Learn more in your HSN SOFTS Settings and HSN SOFTS Settings.
We store data until it is no longer necessary to provide our services and HSN SOFTS Products, or until your account is deleted - whichever comes first. This is a case-by-case determination that depends on things like the nature of the data, why it is collected and processed, and relevant legal or operational retention needs. For example, when you search for something on HSN SOFTS, you can delete that query from your search history at any time, but the log of that search is deleted after 6 months. If you submit a copy of your government-issued ID for account verification purposes, we delete that copy 30 days after review, unless otherwise stated. When you delete your account, we delete things you have posted, such as your photos and status updates, and you won't be able to recover that information later. Information that others have shared about you isn't part of your account and won't be deleted. If you don't want to delete your account but want to temporarily stop using the Products, you can deactivate your account instead. 20. How do we respond to legal requests or prevent harm?
We may access, preserve, and share your information with law enforcement or other public agencies in the following situations:
To respond to a legal request (like a search warrant, court order, or subpoena) if we have a good faith belief that the law requires us to do so. This may include responding to legal requests from jurisdictions outside of the United States when we have a good faith belief that the response is required by law in that jurisdiction, affects users in that jurisdiction, and is consistent with internationally recognized standards.
When we have a good faith belief it is necessary to: detect, prevent and address fraud, unauthorized use of the Products, violations of our terms or policies, or other harmful or illegal activity; to protect ourselves (including our rights, property or Products), you or others, including as part of investigations or regulatory inquiries; or to prevent death or imminent bodily harm. For example, if relevant, we provide information to and receive information from third-party partners about the reliability of your account to prevent fraud, abuse, and other harmful activity on and off our Products.
Information we receive about you (including financial transaction data related to purchases made on our Products) can be accessed and preserved for an extended period when it is the subject of a legal request or obligation, a governmental investigation, or investigations concerning possible violations of our terms or policies, or otherwise to prevent harm. We also retain information from accounts disabled for violations of our terms for at least a year to prevent repeat abuse or other violations of our terms.
21. How do we operate and transfer data as part of our global services?
We share information globally, both internally within the HSN SOFTS Companies, and externally with our partners and with the people and organizations you connect and share with around the world, in accordance with this policy. Your information may, for example, be transferred or transmitted to, or stored and processed in, the United States or other countries outside of where you live for the purposes as described in this policy. These data transfers are necessary to provide the services set forth in the HSN SOFTS Terms and HSN SOFTS Terms and to globally operate and provide our Products to you. We use standard contractual clauses, rely on the European Commission's adequacy decisions about certain countries, as applicable, and obtain your consent for these data transfers to the United States and other countries.
