This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our application (“App”). By using the App, you agree to the practices described below.

We collect limited analytics and technical data to operate and improve the App:
Anonymous authentication identifiers (via Firebase Authentication)
Basic usage analytics collected via Firebase Analytics (only when enabled with user consent)
App interaction events (e.g. screen views, feature usage)
Firebase Analytics does not include advertising personalization, custom audiences, or manually defined tracking events at this stage.
Templates generated based on extracted text.
Embeddings derived from OCR text for comparison purposes.
The App uses Google Firebase Analytics to understand how the App is used and to improve functionality and performance.
Firebase Analytics may collect:
Device information (e.g. device model, OS version)
App usage patterns (e.g. screens viewed, feature usage frequency)
Automatically generated event data provided by Firebase SDK
We do not:
Send advertising identifiers or use ad personalization features
Create user profiles for advertising purposes
Define custom analytics audiences
Analytics collection is:
Disabled by default
Only enabled after explicit user consent (where required by law)
Can be withdrawn at any time in settings
We use collected data to:
Process uploaded screenshots and extract text
Compare extracted text with existing templates
Generate new templates using AI when no match is found
Improve template relevance and system performance
Understand anonymous app usage and feature performance (only where consent is given)
Images: Uploaded screenshots are processed transiently and are not stored after processing.
Templates & Metadata: Stored in Firestore (EU region).
Processing Services:
Cloud Functions (US region)
AI processing (US-based services)
Your data may be processed in regions outside your country, including the United States.
Screenshots: Deleted immediately after processing.
Extracted text & templates: Retained as long as necessary to provide the service.
Interaction data & analytics: Retained to improve service quality and app performance (only where consent has been provided for analytics)
We process data based on:
Legitimate interests (service functionality and improvement)
Consent (for analytics and optional data collection features)
Contractual necessity (to provide core app functionality)
Where consent is required for analytics, it can be withdrawn at any time.
We do not sell your data. Data may be shared with service providers solely to operate the App, including:
Cloud infrastructure providers
AI processing services
Google Firebase services (authentication, database, analytics where enabled)
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data. However, no system is completely secure.
Depending on your location, you may have rights to:
Access your data
Request deletion
Object to processing
Since authentication is anonymous, exercising these rights may be limited.
The App is not intended for children under 13 (or applicable age in your jurisdiction).
We may update this Privacy Policy. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of updates.
