1. Press Cancel and try again.
   
   

2. Turn the machine off for 60 seconds, then turn it back on.
   
   

3. If that step doesn’t work or doesn’t apply to your machine, go to the next step.
   
   

4. Try your card again using chip, swipe, or tap.
