سياسة الخصوصية – تطبيق Baghdad

نحن في تطبيق Baghdad نحترم خصوصية المستخدمين ونلتزم بحماية المعلومات الشخصية. توضح هذه السياسة كيفية جمع المعلومات واستخدامها وحمايتها عند استخدام التطبيق.
1. المعلومات التي نقوم بجمعها
قد نقوم بجمع المعلومات التالية:
- الاسم الشخصي واسم المستخدم.
- البريد الإلكتروني أو بيانات تسجيل الدخول.
- الصورة الشخصية.
- الصور والفيديوهات والمنشورات التي يرفعها المستخدم.
- الرسائل داخل التطبيق.
- معلومات الجهاز ونظام التشغيل.
- عنوان IP ومعرفات الجهاز.
- بيانات الاستخدام والتحليلات.
2. كيفية استخدام المعلومات
نستخدم المعلومات للأغراض التالية:
- إنشاء الحسابات وإدارة المستخدمين.
- تشغيل التطبيق وتحسين الأداء.
- عرض المنشورات والتفاعل الاجتماعي.
- إرسال الإشعارات والتنبيهات.
- حماية المستخدمين ومنع إساءة الاستخدام.
- مراجعة البلاغات واتخاذ الإجراءات المناسبة ضد المحتوى أو الحسابات المخالفة.
- تحسين تجربة المستخدم.
- عرض الإعلانات المناسبة.
3. الإعلانات
قد يستخدم التطبيق خدمات إعلانية مثل Google AdMob والتي قد تجمع بيانات غير شخصية مثل معرف الجهاز وبيانات الإعلانات لتحسين عرض الإعلانات.
4. مشاركة البيانات
نحن لا نقوم ببيع بيانات المستخدمين. قد تتم مشاركة بعض البيانات مع مزودي الخدمات اللازمين لتشغيل التطبيق، مثل:
- Google Firebase
- Google AdMob
- أدوات التحليل والحماية
5. حماية البيانات
نستخدم وسائل حماية تقنية وإدارية مناسبة للمساعدة في حماية بيانات المستخدمين من الوصول غير المصرح به أو التعديل أو الإفصاح أو الإتلاف.
6. حذف الحساب والبيانات
يمكن للمستخدم حذف حسابه مباشرة من داخل التطبيق من خلال صفحة الإعدادات أو الملف الشخصي.
عند حذف الحساب، يتم حذف بيانات الحساب المرتبطة به من أنظمتنا خلال فترة زمنية معقولة، مع إمكانية الاحتفاظ ببعض البيانات إذا كان ذلك مطلوبًا بموجب القانون أو لأغراض أمنية ومنع الاحتيال وتسوية النزاعات.
7. الاحتفاظ بالبيانات
نحتفظ ببيانات المستخدم فقط طالما كانت ضرورية لتقديم خدمات التطبيق أو للامتثال للالتزامات القانونية. بعد حذف الحساب، يتم حذف البيانات أو إخفاء هويتها وفقًا لسياسات الاحتفاظ بالبيانات لدينا، باستثناء الحالات التي يتطلب فيها القانون الاحتفاظ ببعض المعلومات.
8. الأطفال
التطبيق غير مخصص للأطفال دون السن القانوني وفقًا لقوانين بلد المستخدم، ولا نجمع عن قصد معلومات شخصية من الأطفال.
9. التعديلات على السياسة
قد نقوم بتحديث سياسة الخصوصية من وقت لآخر، وسيتم نشر أي تحديث داخل التطبيق أو عبر الصفحة الرسمية، ويُعد استمرار استخدام التطبيق بعد نشر التحديث موافقة على السياسة المعدلة.
