PRIVACY POLICY FOR BAD ICE CREAM 2 - ICE MAZE
Last updated: August 8, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use Bad Ice Cream 2 - Ice Maze (the "Game"), package name com.bad.icecream2.
1. INFORMATION HANDLED BY THE GAME
The Game does not require an account and does not ask for your name, postal address, phone number, contacts, photos, microphone, camera, or precise location.
The Game saves gameplay information on your device, including unlocked and completed levels, scores, completion times, earned stars, selected character, tutorial status, and control, music, and sound settings. This information is used only to save your progress and preferences. Depending on your Android and Google backup settings, this local data may also be included in an encrypted device backup or transferred to a new device.
If you contact us by email, we receive your email address and any information you include in your message. We use it only to answer your request, provide support, and maintain necessary support records.
2. ADVERTISING AND AUTOMATICALLY COLLECTED INFORMATION
The Game displays banner, interstitial, native, MREC, and rewarded advertisements through AppLovin MAX. AppLovin and participating advertising partners, which may include Meta Audience Network, may automatically collect or receive information such as:
- Advertising identifiers, App Set ID, and similar device identifiers;
- Device model, operating system, language, screen information, and app information;
- IP address and approximate location inferred from the IP address;
- Network and advertising request information;
- Ad views, clicks, rewards, and other interactions with advertisements;
- Advertising preferences, consent signals, and tracking restrictions; and
- Diagnostic, fraud-prevention, and performance information.
The exact information processed depends on your device settings, region, consent choices, the advertisement shown, and the advertising partner involved. This information may be used to select and deliver ads, personalize ads where permitted, provide non-personalized ads, measure ad performance, limit repeated ads, prevent fraud, and improve advertising services.
The developer does not independently sell personal information. However, advertising partners may process or disclose data for targeted advertising in ways that some privacy laws define as a "sale," "sharing," or "targeted advertising." Please review the partners' policies and available privacy choices.

3. HOW INFORMATION IS USED
Information is used to:
- Run the Game and save your progress and settings;
- Display, personalize where permitted, and measure advertisements;
- Provide rewards after eligible rewarded advertisements;
- Detect invalid traffic, abuse, security incidents, and technical problems;
- Respond to support requests; and
- Comply with legal obligations.
4. DATA SHARING
Information may be shared with AppLovin and its advertising demand partners for the purposes described above. Information may also be disclosed when required by law, to protect users or the Game, or as part of a business transfer such as a merger or acquisition. We do not require users to create an account, and we do not operate a separate server that receives gameplay progress.
5. DATA RETENTION AND DELETION
Gameplay progress and settings remain on your device until you clear the Game's storage or uninstall the Game. Backup copies may remain in your Google account according to your Android backup settings and Google's retention practices.
Advertising partners retain information according to their own privacy policies. AppLovin provides privacy access and deletion tools through its privacy management service, linked from its Privacy Policy.
You may request deletion of information you sent directly to us by emailing djsystemsltd@gmail.com. Because the Game has no user account, include enough detail for us to identify your support message. Do not send sensitive personal information.
6. YOUR PRIVACY CHOICES
Depending on your device and region, you may be able to:
- Reset or delete your Android advertising ID;
- Control ad personalization in your Android or Google settings;
- Use consent or privacy controls made available by advertising partners;
- Clear the Game's local storage to erase local progress and settings; or
- Uninstall the Game to stop future collection through the Game.
Resetting or restricting an advertising identifier does not remove advertisements, but it may affect personalization and measurement.
7. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
The Game does not knowingly ask children to provide a name, email address, account, or other personal details. Children should not send personal information through support email without permission from a parent or guardian. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child sent personal information directly to us, contact djsystemsltd@gmail.com so we can review and delete it where appropriate.
Advertising providers may automatically process the data described in Section 2. Parents and guardians should review the linked advertising-provider policies and device privacy controls.
8. SECURITY AND INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS
We use reasonable measures to protect information under our control. No electronic transmission or storage method is completely secure. Advertising providers may process information in countries other than the country where you live, subject to their policies and applicable safeguards.
9. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We may update this Privacy Policy when the Game, advertising providers, legal requirements, or data practices change. The revised policy will show a new "Last updated" date.
