I had a very interesting experience trying to add background music to a presentation. I found some music I liked on YouTube and downloaded the video. Because I liked the music and wanted a high quality mp3 I purchased and downloaded it from the composer. I put the mp3 into the presentation using sound in Slide transition. Nothing. Then I put in the mp4 and it worked??? Any reason why it would do this

Hi, I wouldn't mind any background music in build mode while editing my house or creating a new home. Actually I like to hear the build mode music. But there's is a few songs I don't like. The songs from Strangerville. While hearing that music, I feel I'm infected by mother plant...not my sim. Me, the user got infected by mother plant..and feel very weird and bad. But I don't like to inactivate the pack. Is there a way to disable the music only? I love other background music, so I don't want to mute the music in game option either. thanks.

Disclaimer: This will keep those songs from playing in your game at all.

If the channel still is available on any radio/stereo the music will not play while it is not check in options.

@EuphorialQueenI activated strangerville today and unfortunately, I can hear strange background music in build mode after turning off all music in game option. I think it's only for the radio station. I also wanted to turn off the vampire tune in build and cas but I haven't found any song from game option to turn off.

@aodoherty

I was sure that would work. Here is another option that I use. Set the "Music" volume to a lower setting or even zero.

The music itself does not bother me so much as the volume. When I start the game or go into CAS or build / buy I can still hear the music but it is much quieter. Resetting this one option will leave the sounds in game alone.

How do I remove background music from a video with dialogue? I just want the video with the dialogue without the music playing. Is there a way to separate the audio track so it shows music and dialogue separately?

Adobe does not have stem separation feature but there are third parties VST plugins which presumably works in audition and premiere. There are even web sites that does this for free. But this technology is not perfect. You may get pieces of music stuck in the dialog.

Hi Collin. Unfortunately removing vocals from a track is not as simple as it may sound. In fact its near impossible without having he separate track files. However with some clear eq tweaking you could isolate and boost the vocal frequencies and take down the music. The problem is in the overlap. A lot of the vocals of and the music share frequencies and its at these points that you will inevitably hear the music play. There are tons of 3rd party vendors who offer software to try and emulate this process but in all my years of experience I have never seen a single one that ,manages it flawlessly.

One thought: if you feel audience is being distracted by background music, say for example during a pause in the dialog, is there room to put a graphic overlay or text or something 'on screen' to keep the audience into the 'visual' aspect of your media presentation. The more the audience attends to the visual aspects, the less they will attend the 'sound' portion... maybe, just a thought.

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of background music and song texts to teach emotional understanding to children with autism. Participants were 12 students (mean age 11.5 years) with a primary diagnosis of autism who were attending schools in Japan. Each participant was taught four emotions to decode and encode: happiness, sadness, anger, and fear by the counterbalanced treatment-order. The treatment consisted of the four conditions: (a) no contact control (NCC)--no purposeful teaching of the selected emotion, (b) contact control (CC)--teaching the selected emotion using verbal instructions alone, (c) background music (BM)--teaching the selected emotion by verbal instructions with background music representing the emotion, and singing songs (SS)--teaching the selected emotion by singing specially composed songs about the emotion. Participants were given a pretest and a posttest and received 8 individual sessions between these tests. The results indicated that all participants improved significantly in their understanding of the four selected emotions. Background music was significantly more effective than the other three conditions in improving participants' emotional understanding. The findings suggest that background music can be an effective tool to increase emotional understanding in children with autism, which is crucial to their social interactions.

Not always. It depends on how much of the song is used. If the school just plays the entire song over a video, it might be harder to claim fair use. A better idea may be to use a mash-up of songs or only use part of the song. Whatever you end up doing, ANYTHING is better than looping the lameness that is Pomp and Circumstance.

In addition, you can add background music to your movie using any audio clip. Background music plays along with the audio recorded with your video, and any sound effects or voiceovers you add to your movie. Audio placed as background music is edited separately in its own area of the timeline and is unaffected by edits made to other clips in your movie.

when I try to take a video on Snapchat with music playing in my AirPods and I record the video with music playing when I listen to the video after you just hear backgrounds sounds and not the music? Does anyone else have this problem and how can I fix it

Thanks for posting in Apple Support Communities. Sounds like you are not hearing your music when you record a video in the Snapchat app when your AirPods are connected, do we have that right? Are you able to hear your music if you record with other types of headphones? This may be expected behavior. There is no sound being picked up by the mic on your AirPods or on your phone so only the background noise would be heard. You may want to reach out to Snapchat to see if there is a way around this.

If your slide show is longer than one song, you can add more songs. However, if you find that you're having trouble synchronizing the music with the slide show, you can use a third-party audio editing tool, such as Audacity, to string the songs together into one file so they play continuously throughout the slide show.

Hello.

Thanks for responding. After doing some digging and finding a couple of people on Reddit with the same issue - I've found my way to Settings -> Security & Privacy -> Privacy -> there is a graphic with Permissions used in the last 24 hours -> View all permissions -> Music and audio

This identified that Galaxy Wearable App had been recently accessing the permission to play background music suddenly.

Please raise this with the relevant team to resolve whatever permission leak is causing it to suddenly play the same track check this Reddit post out for a reference to what it sounds like

I find it helps to practice these progressions in a variety of keys. The most common key signature I seem to find in modern worship music is D major. G major, C major, and F major are also quite common!

These chords are my favorite way to play background music at church because they can go on forever. You can alternate between the sus2 and sus4 and even play different notes (from the 1-5-6-4 progression) in your left hand.

When choosing background music for zoom meetings, it's important to select the right type of music that will be compatible with the content of your meeting. For example, if you're discussing a serious topic, it might not be appropriate to have lighthearted background music playing in the background. And vice versa.

Focusing Music includes slow, silent music with a simple beat or rhythm that helps people to get into a flow state. Nature sounds (Rain and Thunder) in combination with other soft music such as slow jazz or other classical music work great in this category. 0852c4b9a8
